I find this community deeply spiritual and welcoming of all who enter, Catholic and non-Catholic alike. If one is seeking a place to worship, belong to a spiritual community, and learn about scripture and theology, this is the place to be. I feel richer every time I go there.

The abbey is a modern beautiful church in Paoli. There is a beautiful retreat center for daily and extended retreats. Mass is 10:30 am on Sunday and the public is invited to the weekly prayer schedule of the Norbetine Community. They have Taize Prayer and other special programs for the public. The grounds are extensive for reflective walking and enjoying nature. Visit and say hit to God.

We are lucky enough to live near the Abbey and witness the beauty of the people and the grounds on a fairly routine basis. The friars are generally warm and welcoming, considering a group of 25 to 30 men are living under the same roof (albeit with a terrific support staff). The grounds are beautifully bucolic and the programs are diverse enough and challenging enough to appease even the most strident critics. Well maybe not all most strident critics...

Hard to find modern, East German/UFO style building. Seems unoccupied. Poor souls probably got depressed over surroundings and left just as we did.
