We went to the premium outlet mall for some specific stuff but were not so successfull in shopping this time - compared to the Outlets in Tannersville or the Woodbury Common this one is not on the same level of offerings, also the overall impression is minor

This is my favorite place to shop. It's nice that you can spend time outside while moving from store to store. It has all my favorite stores, and the prices blow most other places out of the water. There are plenty of stores, from clothing to electronics to household to food, etc. There are also several eateries there (Ruby Tuesday, Subway, Auntie Anne's, Starbucks, etc.) or nearby. Before going register for the VIP pass as this will give you additional discounts throughout most of the stores. Check online to see if they have something specific or if you're looking for just a day out and about. I would recommend the outlets to anyone.

Recently enjoyed a 2 day shopping trip to these outlets located in Limerick. My husband and I were actually surprised at the number of bargains that we actually found. There are over 150 stores to browse thru. Before going, register as a VIP. Coupons are well worth it (just pick them up right inside food court) and print the ones you might use from home as well. We had no problems with parking or being overly crowded.

I used to love outlet shopping because the difference between the regular store price and the outlet price was so significant. Over time, many outlets began to charge prices that were similar to the sales I would see in regular stores rather than "something special". This outlet mall really seemed like the good old days of outlet shopping. Wow! I really found great bargains at Columbia, Neiman Marcus and Nike. Almost the entire Elie Tahari shop was 70% off the original price. I was kind of tired by the time I got there -- next time, I may start with Elie Tahari. I got there early so there was no issue with crowds. Loved it!!! I do not live in Philly and have shopped in outlet malls all over the country. This is one of the best I have seen in years.

There are so many stores to choose from. I especially love The Loft and Coach, but I could name several more "favorites" instantly!!!! The sales are always great, but on a holiday weekend... you can't miss!

Nice variety of stores, of which there are many. Stores that you want to shop at. Become a VIP and receive even more deals. Never disappointed here.

My first time here was Saturday and I was very impressed. We got there at 10 when they were opening so parking wasnt an issue but the later you get there the more time you will spend looking for a spot so be fair warned! The shopsI dont know how many stores they have but they have every store you could want. From J Crew to Michael Kors, Nike to Aldo, basically you name it they have it. In fact this is the ONLY outlets I have ever been to that have an Express outlet!! Which is one of my favorite stores! The setup is very nice and easy to get around the only bad thing is if it is windy the setup acts as a wind funnel and it gets crazy windy!!!The foodThis place has one of the best food courts of any outlets I have ever been. They have everything from fast food Chinese to healthy salads and sandwiches! For all you coffee lovers yes they have a Starbucks from in and center connected to the food court. One hidden gem that is a store front away from the court is a Hagen Dazs sooo YUMMY!!! To sum it up you really cant any better than these outlets not to mention being in PA no sales tax WAHOOOOO!!!!

This place saved me and my wife loads of money so much cheaper than New York and would recommend it to any tourists from Europe if near by.

It takes a long time to walk from one end of this mall to the other. Too long! We parked and started looking for the stores we wanted to shop in. We had no idea how far one end of the mall was the where we parked. We gave up at the halfway mark and returned to our car and drove to the other end of the mall. There were the stores we wanted! The layout of the mall is interesting. The stores are very expensive to very reasonable.

I have to admit.I am horrible at shopping.. I don't want to drive all over looking for deals on stuff. In lived in King of Prussia two miles from the mall and I had a few favorite stores and rarely went into new stores. So driving twenty miles to the outlets in Limerick was a no go. But me and a friend while doing a Sunday roundabout decided to see what this place was like. It was a very cold dreary wet day. First thing I thought was wow this is really big. This will hurt the King of Prussia mall. Then I started looking for something. Something was Missing? Where's the roof? What's the point you build it just like a big mall then you don't put a roof on for days like today? Its like the French and the Eiffel tower... They never finished building it (where are the windows?). Anyway I thought OK give it a chance.. Maybe Its supposed to grow on you..it didn't. I just got more disgusted with it the further I walked through my it. I read another review on here where a woman said this is how they build these things in Florida.. I agree who was the idiot who made the decision to right off the bat give this place two strikes.. I went a few more time ate at the Ruby Tuesday twice...that was good

We've been to other Premium Outlets where it seems like you have to walk miles and miles to get to the next block of stores. This location has all outlets close together so it's a lot easier to maneuver around. Maps are throughout the area, so no worries about getting lost. They also have paper maps. Bathrooms... we did not have any difficulty finding them. Area seemed very well kept and tidy. Unfortunately we went when there were not a lot of sales on. If you love shopping than do not miss this stop. We will be returning if in the area.

I was here twice on 3rd and 5th June and spent about USD1000 here. The sale can go crazy I think but maybe it's the beginning of summer. Parking was aplenty and they close at 9pm. It is not a premium outlet if it doesnt feature premium brands. I was actually a few days off from Las Vegas Premium Outlets before I reached Philadelphia's. It is about 90 minutes away from Philadelphia (good thing it's far from Philly) and on the way you can see extremely nice neighborhoods and suburbs (depending on your route). I came here on my way to the Peddler's Village and the Washington Crossing and the second time I was here I came from Tohickon Valley Park and New Hope. The food court was decent but I never buy food when I travel. i like cooking and bring my own stuff so I know what I'm eating but they have stuff for everyone here. Dont' waste money in Philadelphia's Center City unless you're buying stuff from Burlington Coat Factory but you can't park for free. Lol. Macy's can be cheap for select brands and styles but you get items from seasons back in the 80s. I saved so much from these brands:-Calvin KleinKenneth Cole Van HeusenBath and Body WorksFossilIf you want more, King of Prussia is nearby.:)

Wide range of products available from great names - Eddie Bauer, Jones New York, Harry & David, Vera Bradley, Renovation Hardware, etc. etc. Apparel, shoes, housewares, food - you name it. This is a very large outdoor mall, so bring your walking shoes and keep the weather in mind. Parking may sometimes be hard to find on busy days but the trip is worth it. Easy access from Rt. 422.
