We have been here for birthdays and just to take our daughter here for a few hours. The staff is always nice and is involved. Meaning they just don't stand around talking like other places. They actually watch your children and make sure they are safe. They also interact with the kids which is nice

This place is great for birthday parties. that's what brought us here. I understand they have smmer camp too, which is a nice option for kids who need to get rid of some energy. I might have to try it out next year. overall, good place and pretty safe.

I take my three boys here regularly and the really enjoy it here, even the oldest who is 9 and complains that it's boring. I like how there are staff members who walk around, interacting with the kids and making sure that everyone plays nicely, safely and has fun.

It is in a business park, but once we found it (right there at the entrance), it was actually easy to find!

My daughter and son-in-law hosted a birthday party for my granddaughter at BounceU in Exton, PA in April, 2014. After being there and seeing how much fun all the kids had, how well organized the staff was in "handling" all the kids, and the overall facility, I can't imagine why parents today would go to the trouble of hosting a party at home any more. The bounce equipment was like something you would expect to see at an amusement park -- very elaborate and HUGE. The kids had an absolute blast going from one thing to the next. And of course, the dark room with the "light show" was a huge hit as well. What I was most impressed about was how clean everything was, and how nice the staff members were. The staff basically "moderated" the birthday party, served the food, cleaned up the tables and even kept things moving while opening gifts (in a very nice, polite way). Great concept and a great place to take the little ones!

This is a great place for a few hours of fun. My little ones had a great time at the Preschool Playdate event. I really appreciated how the event was for just those under 7. The staff (Tydell) was amazing and so patient. The place was incredibly clean and the inflatables looked really well taken care of. I've also been to a few Birthday Parties here and it really is a great and safe place for little ones.

My kids already had their birthday parties and went to friends' parties at BounceU Exton many times. They really like it. Last time they went there was a different "event", a parents night out. We left them at 6:30 PM and picked them up at 10 PM. In fact we arrived a little earlier than that, but they were having so much fun that didn't want to stop.
