It is amazing candy - light sugar on the inside. Unexpected treat when you bite into it. The fudge is also smooth!!

Best Maple Walnut fudge I have had.Price was reasonable too.Very easy to find. Right on Main St. Arrived as they were closing but found the fudge for me. I'M sitting at home now enjoy my fudge

The fudge in a variety of flavors (which comes in individual containers with a small spoon) was very nice. Also, they have chocolate covered cherries which were excellent.

Visiting downtown DuBois we came upon Hockman Candy, a corner store in business since 1997, which has an old fashioned look from the outside and just as charming on the inside. The proprietor came out from the back, forgot his name, with a welcome smile on his face. We bought a pound of mixed chocolates from Raspberry Creme to Creme Brulee' and everything in between. Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods and Double Dipped Pretzels and for you nostalgic types Candy Cigarettes. The main thing is the Chocolate which is sweet but no too sweet, smooth, creamy and I'll put it right up there with Godiva, Lindt and the best of them. The only regret is we only bought a pound. We'll have to wait another year to get more. Best thing about this place, the owner gives away samples.
