Great place to take a family. They are listed on Groupon so you can get a deal on tickets. Kids can touch, pet animals as long as they would want. There were both adult and baby animals. Room to run around and play when kids needed a break. Place was clean. Staff was helpful when we had questions.

the best petting farm for everybody! We go every year and it's just getting better with all the different activities for the kids! The place is so clean! ! I would recommend this place for anyone!!

I have been going to Green Meadows each year for over 10 years. I stopped going because of the lack of supervision of the animals with nearly everyone having access to handle and touch them. THEY HAVE CHANGED! THANK GOD! They now have great supervision of the animals and LOTS more activities for the kids. Green Meadows REALLY stepped up their game! Love it! The kids and I didn't want to leave.

This farm has it all. So many animals to see and pet and very hands-on. I recommend it to anyone who has children or who just loves animals/farms.

We have visited almost every year for the last 6 years and it is always a highlight of summer. It's a nice drive into the countryside, the farm is very well maintained and the facilities are clean. Being able to interact with so many different animals is so much fun for the kids and there are also lots of other activities to keep all ages occupied, water duck races were a favorite. Playing with the kittens, feeding the goats and milking a real cow are just some of the memories the kids talk about most. We always stop at Culver's on the way home for lunch and frozen custard but the shaded picnic facilities are excellent too. This is a great field trip destination and a lot of fun for the toddler crowd too.

This was our family's first trip to Green Meadows and it was delightful. The ticket price of $13 for adults is a little steep, but we had a coupon. Either way, I think it was worth it. Waterford is definitely in the country but that is what makes it worth the drive. The folks at Green Meadows let you pet small animals like floppy eared bunnies, little yellow chicks and birds. They even have a separate barn house just for kittens. The pony rides are great as are the hay rides and wagons (all included). The goats get a little carried away and since some are quite large, I would watch the little ones. They also have quite a selection of outdoor kids activities like duck races, giant checker boards, tricycles of various sizes and of course a chance to feed chickens. The one tip I would offer is to be sure to pick a nice day so you can spend a minimum of 2 hours there. That way you can see all the wonderful things they offer.

Extremely clean farm experience. My kids, ages 3 and 5, loved it and I had to fight with them to leave every single habitat. There are also a good number of play ground like activities that were all very unique. There were picnic tables, but refreshments were not sold. I wish there was a bit more information about the animals or how a farm is run but the kids just had a great time petting the chickens and cows. I thought the entrance fee was a bit high but we did spend around five hours there before we drug the kids away.

Our family went here for the first time on Memorial Day weekend. We have a 5 and 7 year old and they really liked it. The place is huge, a good variety of farm animals and many other things for kids to do (I.e. hay ray, milk a real cow, various play sets and a barn filled with you play in). We will Definately go back!

We just found out about this farm last year and it has been one of our favorite day trips since. Great place to spend the day with the kids. If you love animals you will really enjoy it. You can get into the enclosures with most of the animals and interact. Lots of activities for the kids...pony rides, hay barn, tricycles (for adults too!), play areas, wagon ride....and more! Worth every penny spent on admission.

We used a Groupon for our first visit and we'll definitely come back! The farm exceeded my expectations. My 7 year old daughter didn't want to leave. She loved the kitten barn and the wide open spaces. She milked a cow and held a floppy-eared bunny. She chased baby pigs and checked out the baby goats. We even got 2 cake lollipops (included upon entrance)--delicious!! The staff was friendly, patient, and very welcoming. Very clean establishment and lots to do. I loved the outside activities, very creative and fun for all ages. I liked the layout, clean pens, and creative fun--many slides and things to do. I enjoyed the super-sized adirondack chair and the tube that can roll kids and adults alike. I laughed and enjoyed the afternoon, bonding with my daughter. She can't wait to go back!

We go every year with our Kindergarteners. It is great year after year. Very age appropriate and well organized.

We have taken our grandchildren here twice now. We all enjoyed it very much. The first time we thought we could buy our lunch there and all they had were hot dogs. The second time we brought our own picnic lunch. They provide ample picnic tables in the shade. It worked out great.

We enjoyed a great fall day here with our three grandkids (8, 6, and 2.5 yrs) weekend before last. Everything was a blast, from riding the trikes that they had all the way up to grandpa size, and seeing every imaginable farm animal. I grew up on a real farm myself, so it's important to at least let our grandkids see and touch animals that provide us with food, fiber and profit. I know that this is not commercial farminbg, and they don't represent that it is - it's somewhere between agrotourism and agro-entertainment, probably more of the latter. But to have your grandkids be able to go toe to toe with pot-bellied pigs, try and squeeze a little milk from a cow's teat, and play in a straw pile, it's grand fun. The hay/wagon ride was great. Tons of kittens and chickens for them to hold, but no baby pigs this time of year. Our experience a couple years ago at Green Meadows' sister operation up at the Mulberry Farm location was more guided tour-like, where at Green Meadows, you're basically set free once you get in the gate. Have fun, enjoy a day out with your family, but don't substitute this with one day finding a real farm to also visit.

Amazing place for all ages. Hands on with all animals, thinking activities, acres to run on, family owned with such care. Buy a season pass you will want to go back again and again! Bring your picnic lunch and spend the day!
