Impromptu wine tasting very well done, superb selection of wines, even some good Aussie/Kiwi bottles!

Had 4 wonderful wines for tasting tonight. Really enjoyed the Brandborg pior noir from oregon. Nick and Rick the owners are knowledgable and just really great people.

I went to Friday wine tasting and tried 4 new wines. I had also placed a special order last week and my OVZ (Old Vine Zinfindel) was in so I decided to get 4 bottle of this wonderful wine. They I spotted the new AC/DC wines, how fun, I had to get a 4 just to have the bottles! At this point I am at 8 bottles so decide to go for case. At a case there is a 15% discount. I added a Peterson Zinfindel I have been wanting to try and 3 others. Happy New Year to me!

Rick and Nick the owners of the Wine Cellar are wonderful and knowledgeable about wine and it is a gathering place for wine tasting every Friday. I can't exaggerate how helpful the staff were. We turned up out of the blue on a Sunday and he couldn't help us enough - opening bottles for us to taste and trying to understand what we would enjoy. If you are anywhere near this place you should visit!
