Many stores with reduced prices (many are refurbished items). Parking can be a problem, but worth a visit for deals.

The coach outlet will apparently be expanding soon, something I'm eagerly looking forward to.I'll always be able to pick some bargains whenever I shop at this mall. The low taxes are a boon too. I wish the food court would be expanded and made better though. The coffee at the cafe is quite awful. A Starbucks or Caribou Coffee would definitely be well received I think.

Mall has expanded throughout the years. Many stores to choose from. One of my personal favorites is the Pepperidge Mall Outlet. The mall is in a perfect location, easily visible from I-94.

That's my usual stop on the way from Chicago to Milwaukee. I come back here every year in January taking advantage of the new year sales. To be honest I cannot shop anywhere else now. Brands and quality are so good and prices so cheap that I can hardly imagine a better way to dress myself up. In cold winter days a few people are around so the guys and girls in the shops are usually extremely helpful and friendly. Huge parking lot, food court offering chinese, japanese, italian and american food. Free restrooms.

The place is clean and well kept. The variety of stores is great! There is even a food court that is indoors. Plenty of parking available.

Each an every time I shop in the outlet mall...I leave with a smile on my face, because I know I purchased name brand items at a reasonable price...sometimes unbelievably dirt cheap prices. Always a satisfied customer.

Had to visit here on my trip and it was well worth itNautica jeans that are normally 120 plus a pair in Oz I bought for 20 a pair here.It is huge and if you like a bargain then you would be able to grab a few here.If you are from Qld then this place is about four times the size of Harbour Town so not small.Open late into the night most nights Next time I am in the area I will return to restock on cheap, good quality, clothes.

I was shopping with my family here last Spring, and I slipped coming off a curb in horrible disrepair (orange cones placed a few feet away, at the curb, were indication of ongoing concrete work). My shoe slipped off the crumbling edge of the curb, at which time I slipped and came down with all my weight on my left foot. I had a 3rd degree sprain, broken bone, and a, now, torn meniscus in my knee, which I need to have surgery on. The management company has disavowed any responsibility for the horrible disrepair of their outdoor mall walkways, and parking lot. I was told by the security guard at the time of my fall, that there had been a previous fall there just weeks before. I have had ongoing, and mounting medical bills totaling in the tens of thousands of dollars. Their management company claims I was responsible for my own fall, and they are not at fault. Don't even have medical liability for their customers who are injured on their property. This is standard with most businesses, who have injured customers on their property. I will never shop at this mall again. They've lost my revenue forever!

A wide variety of shops: Old Navy, Under Armour, North Face, Banana Republic, Uggs Australia and more. Visit the Premium Outlets website before you visit to sign up for the VIP Club and receive valuable coupons to use at your favorite stores. Also, listed on the website is a section that lists the different sales & events. If visiting with your family be sure to visit the Jelly Belly Factory that is only a couple miles away. Also, there is a food court along with motels and a McDs nearby if you get hungry.

The quantity and quality of stores here are great, especially since this outlet mall is in my hometown. I prefer inside malls (especially in winter) but this fits the bill most of the time.

Originally came up for a day at great america only to find out they had closed for a private event and not listing anything but thats a whole other issue. I needed a nice winter coat so I stopped at Gurnee Mills and found nothing and then went up to here and saw they had a Columbia outlet which is one of my favorite brands. Got a 3 in 1 coat originally 200 dollars for about 120. Very helpful and friendly staff. A bad day was turned into a somewhat good one will have to come back again.

Large outdoor outlet mall with many stores. Also has an indoor food court. Since it is outdoors, you will need to dress appropriately for the weather and be sure to wear some comfy shoes as there is a lot of ground to cover if you decide to do everything on foot. Definitely worth the trip as we found some good deals. As with any outlet, you have to know your prices to know whether you are really getting a "bargain" or just defective items at a low price. Weekends and holidays are generally crowded so if you can go a weekday, you will not run into big crowds.

Decided to go here last minute and glad we did. We found some good deals that made the short trip from Milwaukee worth the drive.

something about walking around outside when the weather is cool with a cup of coffee from ghiradelli makes me happy :) ..seriously tho, the staff at ghiradelli is amazing! this outlet has a little bit for everyone. It has toys r us and oshkosh to underarmor and nike to micheal kors and coach. There is an indoor food court and bathrooms, but there are also restaurants within a short driving distance if you are looking for more of a "sit & enjoy" dinner.
