rookies

I entitled my review does anyone know what is going on? Did anyone? Rookies has closed, reopened, closed and reopened again. It's back to the original name with new owners. We hit the bar last Saturday night with a group and first and foremost they were extremely slow for 9pm on a Saturday. There were 3 bartenders on. A gentleman and two girls. They huddled a lot, were on their cell phones a lot and had a hard time balancing talking and tending to customers that actually needed drinks. Our order was taken incorrectly, therefore our food came out incorrectly. We ordered 2 orders of 10 boneless wings..The bartender knew nothing about the food. The wings came out incorrect. They were sent back, this time they came back boneless with the wrong sauces on them. The wings were average bar wings. My husband said the Club was delicious and the Nachos were also very good! But the service leaves something to be desired. I understand that all bartenders need to start somewhere, but maybe you should have an experienced one on to kind of lead the young ones. They were treating it more of a place for them to socialize, meanwhile we waited for drinks! I believe someone mentioned the owner was there too and he either he didn't care or didn't notice. There was also a wedding party that came in around 9. I'm not sure what type of wedding party comes in that late/early depending on how you look at it. But they had at least 5 young kids with them. And most of them were drunk when they walked in. Not the type of atmosphere I would like to be in! I see plenty of room for improvement!
