Both Clyde and Nancy are artists... It's all original a beautiful..Please keep in mind... artists are sometimes temperamental. I consider Clyde passionate. My only con is that there should be more for sale... However, sometimes artists are not in it for the sales. I have three pieces of art and given two others as gifts. A friend has purchased a lovely handmade sweater. Jurustic Park isn't for the pleasure of any of the visitors. It's a place where fantastic artists work.

If you have driven around Marshfield on the local streets or just passing through on the main thoroughfares, you may have noticed some very large metal sculptures of flying dragons, tortoises, (bigger than the Galapagos tortoises), or even dogs, frogs and cattails. All these creatures and more have appeared out of the marshes just north of town at a place called "Jurustic Park". A great place to see some very large welded creations and hear the stories about them from the creators own spin on how they came to be. Animals, people, insects and plants are just a sample of what you will see that Clyde has put together from scrap metal. His wife Nancy is also an artist in her own right in creating jewelry and knittings with a large display of her uniquely beautiful designs. The price is right for all is free to see at this family orientated site.

A little off the beaten path, this place has the most incredible creatures and a great tour guide to introduce you to all his funny creations. Warning - you'll find one you must take home with you!

This was a fantastic detour on our roadtrip - we read about Jurustic Park in the stae visitor guide so added Marshfield to our itinerary as a punt. We weren't disappointed. There were literally hundreds of varied iron creatures on display - from dinosaur like beasts to fish and tiny figures. The tour by the owner was entertaining and informative, and made us feel truly welcomed to his property. If the luggage allowance would have allowed it I would loved to have bought a piece for the garden back home!

Fun homemade art with a story. Enjoyable to look at but the experience gets better with the owner personally walking you around the property sharing amusing and comedic stories

Jurustic Park is hard to describe and wonderful to experience. A free attraction (gift shop and art pieces to buy - or 100 year lease according to Clyde) located in the yard outside Clyde and Nancy's studios, where excavated creatures (whimsical reclaimed metal art) roam the grounds. If you can get Clyde to show you around, even better. Both Clyde and Nancy have keen senses of humor, but Clyde can share the inside story of each piece with you. If you have delicate sensibilities, just walk the grounds. Clyde is a straight-shooter with a pg-13 outlook. No cussing, but if you don't want to explain go your young children why the piece is called Kevorkian Gunslinger, then just enjoy the sight yourself. I'd never skip Clyde's narration, but different strokes, etc,etc...We planned an hour, spent two, and do didn't feel rushed.

We stopped at Jurustic Park during an anniversary trip to Wisconsin. We saw the information online and thought it looked fun. We had no idea it would be so incredible! It was cold and rainy the day we visited, but Clyde walked us through the entire park and showed us everything. Clyde and Nancy are wonderful and their art is simply amazing! Thank you for a wonderful time, Clyde and Nancy! We look forward to stopping again the next time we are in Marshfield!

It was raining pretty hard when we went out there. But this is a wondrous place. The metal artwork is superb. Love the dragons and the helicopter. Wish the weather had been nicer as I'd like to spend more time there. Next time I will. I look forward to meeting this Clyde character

If you look older Clyde will probably give you a personal tour. If you are young wear a wig, or overalls may help, as Clyde is always in overalls. He is a real character, Nancy is just a darling. Everything there is great. Take 97 north to cty E, left on E to Sugarbush, left on Sugarbush to the curve. It is on the right at the curve. Not far north on Marshfield.

We visited Jurustic Park in early September 2013. Quite a ways off the beaten path, we were starting to think we missed it when there it was! The sculptures were very interesting and evidence of hard work and love of the art. But it got even better when owner/sculptor Clyde Wynia gave us the "private tour"! His sense of humor as he described the pieces was quite entertaining. The glass bead jewelry and novelties in the shop were creative, one of a kind and beautiful.

The artist has created some really fantastic and whimsical work that children will love. However, despite the fact that the art will amaze children, they do not appear to be tolerated at this particular exhibit. The owner made us feel so very unwelcome as we toured to park with our 3 nephews, three sons, and two daughters, and in fact huffed off to his house since we were apparently so bothersome. Mind you, I understand no one wants to hear screaming kids, myself included, but the children were NOT being overly loud. The artist obviously has a distaste for youth. So, go if you are a quiet adult, but avoid if you have regular kids.

Incredible hidden attraction that will make you want to come back! So many fun & quirky sculptures to see! A neat gift shop! Many items available for purchase! I have never been anywhere quite like it! Must go back soon!!!!!

Family visited and were fascinated by the creativity, variety, and life like sculptures. Owner and creator comes out and gives you a humor filled tour of the pieces. You quickly see why he sells over 900 pieces a year throughout the country. Hs wife also has a gift of creativity in her glass art pieces. Well worth the drive over.

We visit Jurustic Park at least once a year. My children love it, and I seem to see something new each time we go. Pay special attention to the randomness and sayings posted around the park...the creators have put a lot of effort into the small details :-)

Loved this park and the artist gave us a personal tour. It was simply amazing and beautiful. Try to come before 4 p.m. after Memorial Day. Fall was especially stunning as you will see by our attached photos. Clyde's wife also makes beautiful glass jewelry in her "Hobbit House". We couldn't leave the park until we purchased our mosquito and spider. Will try to see it again when back in Marshfield.
