We went here for a candle light hike last month, then came back to go snowshoeing and geocaching today. It is a beautiful park with lots of trails for xcountry skiing, hiking, etc.

Lighted cross country trails, Great tower for scenic viewing. Bike trails, horse trails. Summer out door theater. Theater is getting better with more humorous and interesting shows. Was kind of dry when it 1st started.

This is a must see if you're around the area. The views are to die for. Lots of trails to walk to get your exercise in!

Enjoyable outdoor activity with family, alone, with or without pets, at any speed. Fall colors are over but it is still a great way to enjoy nature. Some trails require up and downs, others are pretty even. Short paths wheelchair and stroller friendly. And soon cross country skiing.

The walk up the observation tower is worth it. Lots of walking paths with some black topped and accessible.

This is a great wooded place to hike: paved paths, more rugged paths, through woods, and even through restored prairie lands. The kids will love the tall observation tower. There's even a summer theater and outdoors music site.

I love coming here. Haven't been here in a while, but it's very pretty. It's a great place to hike, bike, ski, and many more things. So cool.

This is an awesome place to hike. I started my hike at the tower which had an amazing view. You can choose to take 5 different nature trails varying in length. They even have hills to keep your hike challenging.

Beautiful Day? Enhance it with a walk thru Lapham Peak in Kettle Moraine! Well kept paths and an excellent place to enjoy. Don't forget to pick up literature on their outdoor theatre and cookouts. What a way to enjoy Wisconsin! If you have time, drive into Delafield an visit some of the great shops. If you took that walk, at least treat yourself to a custard cone!! Check the hours at the Hawks Inn Historical Society. It's another fun place just down the road from Lapham Peak. For sure, a hidden treasure of Wisconsin! $7.00 fee for a one day pass.

Lapham Peak was a place that had an extraordinary amount of beauty. Most of everything was covered in snow and it had really beautiful paths. 10 out of 10!

This is my favorite park in the whole metro Milwaukee area. It is about 20 miles west of the city in the adorably quaint town of Delafield. This park has hiking trails and an observation tower, groomed cross-country trails and warming houses. I volunteer for all the school field trips out here I can. It is loaded with geocaching sites as well.

Interesting State Park. No gate attendent so I put my $ in an envelope for a park sticker and they mailed me one. The cross country ski trails were all recently groomed and in great shape. It was my first time trying the snow shows and a learning experience from the equipment standpoint. Loved the park and would like to go back and explore more of it. Deep coves and mature oak stands. Had a great 3 hours there. This park is 5 minutes from the freeway and convient.

Such a nice park and well maintained trails. Quite beautiful in the fall with the changing colors and earthy smell in the forest. I took our dog and she walked with me sniffing everywhere. It was a quiet Sunday so I didn't meet many people. I really enjoyed the stillness of the forest with just me and the dog walking through the rustling leaves. Perfection.

I love going to Lapham Peak. It's an easy 25 minutes from Milwaukee, and the trails are great! Challenging for all runners! Love the cross country skiing trails in the winter, and the ice age trail which goes through Lapham. I used Lapham to train for the Grand Canyon - as good as we have in southeastern Wisconsin.
