The El Capitan statue is centered on the main drag in town (Wyatt Earp) and the old town on Front Street. Town placed him up on a grassy mound which is easy to walk up and have your picture taken. We got the long horn steer's story from the Trolley driver.

This is one that you need to know the history for it to make any sense. The story is interesting. Ranchers will get it! We used it as a photo op. It takes a couple minutes to park and walk to the statue.

Why is this blocking the street anyway? I remember it being a part of the tour that they gave us, but it's nothing special.
