Great trails, perfect for picnics for parties, small children or teens - covered picnic area, water features, playground, nicely landscaped, fire pit, grapevines - this is a 4 season park.

this is a great park to bring the kids. digging machines, swings, climbing slides, see-saws and lots of space to spread out, means that this corner park is filled with fun. there is a small pond that our grandkids love to wade in during the summer months.bathrooms are clean and easy to use. design is wonderful, availability is wonderful, love it for family picnics and just all around play

This is within ten minutes of where I live. It's a great place for a walk. There is a parking area, and places to do a few things, but basically - it's a multi block "park" that was probably built for the Price Chopper mall on 135th to exist.Still, it's nice, peaceful, and I recommend it for walking yourself, your dog, or just having a respite and to breathe the air a bit. It's fun.

This is a small park, but very nice. Well maintained. A little play area for the kids. Flowing water & a tiny lake. Paved walk around the the park. Lots of trees & bushes - most have signs to tell you what they are. We go often with our dog when we don't want to go far from home.

Gezer Park in Leawood is located at Mission Road & 133rd Street. The City of Leawood did a very nice job in the design and development of the Park. The City also does a very good job in the maintenance of the Park. The Park was developed to celebrate the bond between the City of Leawood and its sister city, the Gezer Region of Israel. The stones and wood used in the construction of the shelters are from Israel. If you have time, it is worth walking through the Park. Better yet, it is a great place to go for a picnic on a nice day and relax. Well worth a visit.
