roniger memorial museum

We have been to Cottonwood Falls many times but did not realize their was another museum behind the courthouse on the square. The Ronniger family collection of various artifacts is a huge collection of high quality pieces found on their farm in Chase county. There are some other histotical items also in there museum. This place is worth a visit.

We were blown away upon entering this unassuming building to see a huge collection of native American and local artifacts. A fascinating view into previous societies that lived in the area. Definitely worth a visit when you are in Cottonwood Falls, just around the corner from the Courthouse.
