The kids love this park. Very well kept and much to do. Nice walking path around the lake. Fishing is just ok.

Just a nice county park. Safe for kids.I liked the side trails, but they're not really that long and they stay pretty close to the main lake loop and run into the Frisbee Golf trails quite often. There are a few benches along the main and side trails where you can make a sandwich or just sit and relax for a bit.

The "lake" is so small that there were people every 10 feet. It's far too small to use a boat. I've seen pay lakes bigger. It costs $5.00 per car to get in. At least at a pay lake you're guaranteed to catch something. The only thing biting were the flies and Mosquitos.

I like to play a little disc golf from time to time, and Lemon Lake is a great place to come and get away from the hustle and bustle of urban sprawl for the day. It is always very peaceful here, and never seems to get overcrowded. There are currently 5 different 18 hole courses in the park. They range from easy (white) to monstrous (silver/gold), so players of all skill levels will find something of interest here. This is a multi-use Park, but the disc golf is pretty much separate from the rest of the park activities. You can expect to pay a meager entrance fee between Memorial Day and Labor Day at the manned entrance. The park has bathrooms, water fountains, and a disc shop/snack stand that add to the allure of this nice park in Indiana.

This is one of my favorite places to cross country ski. They have a few trails that are in a nice wooded area.Very Peaceful and a good work out. You can bring your own skis or they also rent them out

This is a great local place to go cross country skiing. For $5.00 you can go for 2 hours and you get the skis, boots and poles. It's nicely trailed and not too spread out so that you get lost. Great for a family destination for the day if you are in the area. They got a warming hut and bathrooms and a snack bar.
