attended a Canes vs Oilers came and sat at club level. The arena itself is beautiful and set up really well. One of the things I liked about the event was the free ride from the Caniacs bus, we met a lot of great people on the bus. Canes fans are great.

We love hockey and are not from the area so this was our first time at the PNC Arena. We definitely had a great time. Great venue, parking is easy to get in and out of, and the prices are pretty decent compared to other hockey games and venues that we've visited. Check out the Backyard Bistro across the street before the game too, the food and atmosphere is great!

My earliest memory as a 3 year old was standing in the seat between my parents at the Dixie Classics at Reynolds Coliseum watching the Wolfpack play. I was hooked for life and in due course spent hundreds of hours watching the Pack play ball there and ultimately collected my degree on that same court. I love that place. I have been there for concerts, inaugurals, drop/add, receptions, etc. How could the Pack move??????The PNC is definitely a step up. It is versatile, beautiful, has lots of parking, great food choices, convenient bathrooms, etc. I have season tickets for the State basketball games in Section 106 in the lower level. They are good seats on the lower level. Like every other Arena, everything is expensive. We have tried many of the food vendors on the first floor and have found two we have found two we really love. The NC Bar-b-que cart just beside the Red & White store has the best pulled bar-b-que I have ever had. They cook it there. The slaw is great also as well as their sweet tea. Across from there is a coffee cart and they have fantastic red velvet cupcakes - get them before the game or they will be gone. Both of these are located just outside of the entrance to section 106.Do I miss the nostalgia, history, smell, cubbyholes, my secret bathroom, etc. at Reynolds - yes! Do I love the glitz, convenience, lights, modernness, etc. of PNC - Yes! Making new memories.

Unfortunately, some of the bigger performers and games use this venue because it seats somewhere around 18k and it's the only one in the area that holds this capacity. The problem is, well… everything! I attend a minimum of 10 or more live shows and games a year (Attended 28 over the past 2 years) and when I must visit PNC Arena believe me when I say I must really, really want to see that particular show or event. The sound system is terrible, the floor seats are uncomfortable and way too close together. The big screens are not big enough; the staff will harass you when you pull out your phone for a picture although nowadays most artists will welcome pictures and videos. Last but not least everything is so overpriced it’s ridiculous! Parking has gone up from $10 to $20 and the cheapest thing you can drink is a bottle of water at $4.50 but you can’t have it in a bottle! So yes, I recently went to a great show there because I really wanted to see that particular show so I dug and went but I plan on passing up events that choose this venue unless it’s an opportunity that I don’t want to miss. PNC needs to upgrade their screens and sound system if they are going to continue to overprice folks for everything, Their staff can learn a thing or two from the staff at the DPAC where you are treated with genuine kindness and appreciation...

Seating is not great. Ticket prices are always high for every event, even in the nosebleed section. I'd rather stay home and watch hockey and basketball games on tv.

Have only been there for Carolina Hurricane games (Go Canes!). Not a bad seat in the house. Food & drink are overpriced, as expected, but enjoyable. Lots of staff around for security and safety.

Not what it used to be thats for sure.Parking just too much!! The lower level seats used to be comfy and had enough room to enjoy. The are too small too tight and not enjoyable for long periods of time. Why pay extra for lower level if seats aren't great. BOO !

Love watching the Canes play and concerts/shows have been good also. This year they added more to the menus to be able to offer something for everyone. Would have to say that the parking is extremely expensive to me - especially with the poor state of the lots. Potholes, mud, etc.

PNC arena is located near to mayor roads and highways. It has plenty of parking and it is spacious inside. Their employees are friendly and shows are a lot of fun.

Very nice experience. Staff was friendly. Food options are awesome and reasonably priced. Long walk down to lower seats!

I have been to the PNC arena at least 6 times (most of them were when it was called the RBC Centre). The two things I have been here for is a NC State basketball game (go Wolfpack!) and Carolina Hurricanes games. This place has lots of parking, great seats from almost any angle, and an all around good atmosphere. I'm sure that if anyone is looking to seen a concert or a sporting event here that they would have a good time (unless their teams looses, but that is besides the point).

We bought 4 tickets for Harlem Globetrotters 2 months before the game. When we came to see the "show" there was no place for us - they sold places which don't exist. So then they moved us few times during the game from one place to other. So we spend whole game changing the places and not watching the game. It was our last visit in PNC Arena.

PNC is a great venue. It is easy to find, parking is easy, as well as getting in and out. The people who worked at PNC were very helpful.

The PNC is great. I can't count the number of times I've been there. I was a Hurricanes fan when they were in Greensboro, and I was at the first game ever played at the PNC when the Hurricanes played there. Parking fees have become ridiculous. But the arena itself is great. It's easy to find out how to get where you're going, there are restrooms everywhere, the staff is helpful and kind, and I never worry about my 12 year old going around the inside by himself. It's well lit after the games as well. Concessions are stupidly high, but that is probably to be expected at most arenas these days.

This is Raleigh's premiere entertainment arena. They have everything from sporting events, concerts, circus, conventions, etc..I've been there many times and have never been stuck in traffic when leaving an event. Obviously when that many people are leaving all at once there's going to be some bit of waiting in line to exit, but the traffic always flows easily; there are so many different exits and the parking lot attendants are good at what they do that I've never had a problem. Dropping off and picking up people is also a breeze. There is a special area right next to the building especially for that. Inside the arena is also laid out nicely. Never any problems with seating, getting food etc... Security is tight so be prepared to have your personal belongings checked!! That's always a good thing to make everyone feel safe. http://www.thepncarena.com/
