Center was excellent. Very clean, complimentary valet parking, decorations for the event was over the top special and the food was excellent.

As a trade show vendor I found this convention center to be very well run and maintained. The only drawback was finding the service entrance area which was below ground level and not clearly marked with signs.

Wow it was really big. We parked on a side street since it is free on the weekends so we didn't have to pay $10 to park in the garage. There were a ton of train set ups and it was pretty busy. Definately the place to be if you were under the age of 6 or over the age of 60.

Good location easy to get to, with close parking both ground level and garage. Event staff was friendly and provided a good meal during the trade show at the center.

We have been to the center on several occasions... The Antiques Roadshow a few years back, then the Greek Festival, the International Festival and several other events. It is very convenient to downtown. Their bathrooms are clean and well distributed on the floor. A very pleasant place to conduct business as well.

This convention center is really nice. The rooms are big and spacious. Lots of convenient escalators to get up and down. And plenty of parking. Only downside is the confusing parking deck you have move around to find a place to park.

I was there last week for a conference and was very impressed with the entire facility. The were a lot of rooms available for breakout sessions, a huge exhibition hall and the food served was excellent.

Spent 5 days in and out of the facilities. Nice and new for sure. Washrooms are accessible with lots of stalls. Big meeting rooms and good chairs. Purchased a cranberry juice during break, $3 for a tiny bottle!

The convention center is fine but not much going on in the area during the daytime when I was there. Couldn't find any nice cafes nearby, just a Starbucks that was super crowded in the mornings. Not even a little market around.

Easy access and large jam rooms. Convention Center nicely positioned between Mariott and Red Hat Arena. Many good food choices nearby. No 24 hour open stores and many favorite food places close after lunch.

We go every year for Animazement and will be going also for Wizard World as well in 2015. William Shatner, Jason David Frank, Elvira and James Marsters are scheduled as guests so far with more being added! But I digress..It is certainly the perfect venue for the large conventions in the area. Very modern. Nicely designed with elevators to accommodate those with disabilities and I love the underground tunnel going into the Marriott where we always stay. It keeps people out of the elements.

The Raleigh Convention Center in downtown Raleigh, NC is impressive. It can be divided into two huge convention halls, each of which are adequate for most events. Parking was available in a building next door and the artwork on the outside is incredible. There is also an amphitheater nearby, which may be a mixed blessing. a loud event could bleed into the convention space, but it could also offer a second event to attend while in the area. Any sponsor requiring a large downtown space may find this site more than adequate in most cases.

We had a great time at the Lego Kids Fest. The facilities were excellent. All the parking garages close to the convention center made for easy access to the center.
