Purchased what I thought would be a perfect surprise gift for my friend. Then never heard from anyone at queen city. It wasn't until I complained to PayPal and got a personal email address from the them that the owner got back to me. Issues were I didn't specify a tour date, obviously, as it was a surprise I wanted my "busy" friend to be able to choose the date of the tour. Thinking they would contact him on his birthday, but they didn't, they then replied to me via email, they said we don't do that. It's their policy not to accept the order unless you specify a date, they then won't call you to advise you of the issues. It ruined the surprise as my friend didn't hear from them and I had to explain to him I'd bought him this gift, it was embarrassing. I've since found a wonderful company that issue gift certificates, they were very polite and called me back after an hour of me requesting contact. I've never known a company who's policy it is, not to call their potential customers back and just ignore them completely. I left at least four messages on their phone voicemail and contacted them through the web twice, but was ignored.

I would like to thank the crew from Queen City Helicopter for making the event experience a real blast for all that participated. Adding you to this airsoft event was an Outstanding idea, which brought a realism for the players.
