top of the hill distillery (topo)

My wife and I came to the late Friday tour. It was a great experience! The owner Scott was the one that did the tour. He was a very great guy with lots of experience. He knows what he is doing and is doing it very well. Without giving up anything I am just saying that you definitely need to check it out. You will try a popular brand and then his local organic brand Topo. I will definitely only be buying TOPO now.

Went with some friends to the Friday night distillery tour. Great hands on experience by the owners of the distillery, same people that have the restaurant & micro brewery. Took us through all the stages of distilling and then a taste test of various commercial liquors, some good & some not so good alongside their 100% organic range. They are producing a great product which you can really taste the difference. Worth visiting.
