Cedarock Park is situated about ten miles south of Burlington, NC just off highway NC 49. Located in one of the more scenic portions of Alamance County. It is always very well maintained and has excellent bath room facilities. .The park has excellent walking or hiking trails for both couples or pets. Great place to spend a beautiful afternoon. .

Get past the temperature of 28* and thankful for a bright blue sky what a wonderful hiking trail! We took the 2 mile trail which was relatively smooth with moderate elevations which made it easier to maintain a steady and invigorating pace. We will be back on a warmer day to try the 4 mile trail. Would highly recommend.

I've seen signs for this park for years since I moved to Gibsonville but have never visited. My son's Cub Scout troop went for a picnic and hike. I was pleasantly surprised at the facilities and the restored/rebuilt farm that is there. While we were only there for the scout activity, my son wanted to put several things on our to do list for this summer. We will be back.

Cedarock Park is great! I used to take my Golden Retriever here all the time for walks on the nature trails. The nature trails are the best! Very, very nice park...I wish we had more like this one!

Lots of hiking trails, so steep and challenging but plenty flat ones too. Ruins of an old mill, and farm house. Frisbee golf course. Never a disappointment when I visit.

I love to come here and play disc golf. They have two courses; one wooded and one in the field. There is also hiking trails, horse trails, play ground, volleyball court, basketball, picnic places. Its a nice little park!

This is a good example of farm life in the 19th century. The tours are self guided during business hours and guided tours are by appointment. The Garrett's built a small one room cabin in 1830 and lived in it while they spent 5 years building the 2-story home. The cabin was then used as the kitchen. The farm survived the Civil War.

I regularly hike the blue, white, and green trails as a single loop. This route is around 4.25 miles long and it usually takes me about an hour and twenty minutes to complete. It is a nice quiet hike that gives me the feeling of being deep in a wilderness. Try it. You may just fall in love with it too.

Rode the horse trails today for the first time in several years. A nice surprise! I was glad to see they moved the trails away from the frisbee golf course and made new trails and made them easier to follow. This is was well thought out and well done. Burlington has a new jewel and I will definately be back! Also, everything else about this park looks top notch! Very neat and clean!

Great time in the outdoors. We had a picnic and took a hike. It is so peaceful and the kids had a awesome time. Plenty to do as a family. Basketball, horse shoes, disc golf, play area, fishing pond, water fall and lots of open space to throw the football or Frisbee. Pet friendly too !

Cedarock is way out in the country - several miles south of Burlington, NC - and it has a very old-timey feel to it... but it works! if you like hiking, picnics, wide open spaces to throw a football, disc golf... and just getting away and getting outdoors with family and friends - you'll love this place!

It's big, plenty of picnic tables, trails, disc golf, historic sites, it even has a waterfall. I think you can rent canoes. It's got something for everyone.
