Nothing stand out or especially negative here. Good local movie theater option, kept fairly clean and comfortable seating.

I go to this theatre rather than the movies by the mall to avoid all the crowds and traffic. Opening day movies may be busy but I have never had a problem getting a seat or leaving this movie theater after.

This theater has the "stadium" seating, and it is the best in the area. No matter where you sit, you have a clear view of the screen. From the front row on the upper level, you have a superb view of the screen - even though there is a railing in front of you, it is not in the way at all. All the other rows are raised enough (2 steps) that you are able to see over the heads of the people sitting in the seats in front of you. The sound system is set at a level that is not overwhelming. You can hear all the words and background sounds without having your eardrums blasted. The restrooms are clean and have enough stalls in the ladies room so that the line moves quickly...something to keep in mind if you take children along to the show.Unfortunately, the movie prices and food prices are getting out of hand. I am from the generation of 25 cent Saturday matinees, so $8.00 for a single matinee ticket (times 4 for the complete group) is a bit expensive. Compound that by the cost of the drinks and popcorn, and you have spent over $50.00 before you are even in your seat. As much as we would love to take our grandchildren to the movies weekly, it simply cannot be done and still have money for food and shelter. If the movie that you want to see is running at this theater, and you have the funds put on the side, then this is your best bet to see a show in a comfortable atmosphere.

We took our granddaughters here to a Tuesday morning special movie showing of Epic, for one dollar admission, each. The small soda and small popcorn was $1.50. Tuesday and Thursday mornings are summer specials. It worked out great for us, because it was pouring when we left the theater. The restrooms were clean as well as the lobby and Theater itself.

Cinema is clean and quiet. I have taken my family several times with no issues. Has the newest movies.

Cherokee 16 is your common movie theater anywhere you go. Nothing is different about the picture quality or the food or even the prices compared to most theaters. The one thing I did appreciate was one the convenience and location the theater was to my home and two the staff. The staff were very friendly and when I went to the kiosk to purchase my tickets, I had asked about certain movies just to see what the staff would say. The kiosk staff was very friendly and very informative of the movies that I had asked about. He was never once negative about any of the films but very positive about each and stated his/her favorite.

Saw Anchorman 2 here over the holidays. The theater was very clean and the picture on the movie screen was sharp. I didn't know movies could look this good. The seats, however, and I tried a couple of rows, were non-reclining and the armrests were fixed, unmovable. Still comfortable, but upright with no movement possible.
