I have played some courses in SC and this was well set up. Very surprised how nice the course was in Florence. Played with a member and the folks at the course were great.

The food is well prepared and staged. I am always delighted to eat there. The service is excellent no matter if you are a member or a guest.

Excellent course to play in the Florence area. Now changed to a semi-private club, where members of the public can pay to play. Greens fees change according to the time of year, but are very reasonable for a course of this quality. One of the dog leg par 4s is played over Black Creek, where the club dynamited the rock under the creek to create a waterfall which is under the cart bridge. If you are going to be playing in the Florence area, this should be one of the courses that you make plans to play.
