I have visited a ton of breweries in the past 10 years and River Dog brewing Co did not disappoint! Outstanding service from one of the assistant brewers. I did the 6 beer flight. Each one from the stout to the Kolsch were excellent. I ended up getting another pint of the Kolsch. Took a short tour and bought a t-shirt too! They said that they plan to start canning in a few weeks so next time I visit I'll be able to bring some back home.

Having visited many breweries on the east and west coast this place is worth a visit. Our first favorites were the Belgium Quadruple and the ipa. Great beer and atmosphere. $5 any pint, $1 samples

Close to Hilton Head Island, Beaufort, and Savannah .... River Dog is brewing some really amazing beers. Lots of variety and something for everyone -twelve beers on tap and a really extensive barrel aging program, as well. Very knowledgable staff and the brewmaster is available to answer questions and take you on a tour. Would rate this a must-see.

Yes, they do make the beer right here. If you are into the real deal this is the place. The barrel aged beers and exquisite and not to be missed. The staff knows their stuff and are eager to share their knowledge. If you are in the area (Hilton Head Island or on I-95) a must stop.
