Small batch distillery run by some very cool people who also conduct the tour. You'll learn a lot about the hows and whys of distilling, along with a little basic chemistry that make sit all happen! Good for those knowledgeable about whiskey and also those not; fine to take the kids, as they will find it interesting as well. Taste testing at the end! Might need a designated driver, lol.

What a great tour!The facility is quaint and friendly. The whole tour took around an hour, but you're not rushed and the folks are more than willing to answer any questions and let you look around as much as you like (as long as you're not too nosy about what bourbon they use ;). They only have the "Blue" (something old+something new) and the "Virgin" for sale - so you'll get a taste of both plus the owner's wife whipped up an apricot mixed blend that was surprisingly tasty!**Don't go into this tour expecting large quantities for tasting (this wasn't a downside for us, but I feel it's worth noting).The portions are about half a shot glass worth (or maybe a little less).Best thing about this tour? We picked up an oak aging barrel as part of our package and I can't wait to use it!

Best living social coupon I stumbled upon in a long time! Got a tasting for 2, a flask, & aging barrel for $35. They have a great product, & a wonderful tour that was about an hr long. There were a bunch of other friends &/or couples who were there so we knew it was going to be a great experience. Their gift store was quaint but had a lot to offer. We bought a bottle of virgin to age ourselves in our cool barrel but also bought some wood art made of barrel stays. Worth a trip!

Went for the tour and trading. Everyone was very friendly and the tour was educational and fun. The whiskey is really good. Enjoyed by all.

I really love Six & Twenty's "Blue" aged Whiskey and their white whiskey "Virgin". The distillery is view-able from their store front and the folks there are very friendly.
