Liberty Ridge is not extreme, and not particularly difficult, but the line is steep and can be a challenge. The route although classic is by no means a cake walk, and a lot of climbers fell prey to this description. It is steep and exposed , Rockfall and ice fall are hazards, the upper portion is icey most of the time and makes self-arrest almost impossible, it's considered a grade lV which means it can be done in a day, albeit a long one. Start out from base camp at midnight and go from there.Be careful on the ice, some parties un-rope to avoid a falling climber from bringing down the whole team, I don't suggest this, use secured ropes if possible.

In zona, per i bambini piccoli credo sia il migliore che abbia mai visto. Un vero parco divertimenti formato 4-10 anni . Unica pecca se si può dire è che la parte esterna è completamente assolata, senza neanche un albero. Ci siamo stati ad ottobre e con 28 gradi al sole si moriva dal caldo mentre si attende che i bimbi giochino, qualche alberello qui e li ci sta tutto soprattutto d'estate. Per il resto grande divertimento economico.
