silbury hill alpacas

Need a break from all of those wineries and cute storefronts in the Yakima Valley towns? Go here. The family who owns it could not be nicer and really great about explaining everything about the animals. The alpacas are so incredibly cute and awesome. I can imagine that kids would lose their minds. They have a mill and small retail shop with one of a kind creations from the alpaca fiber. They also have a couple of Hereford cows, a horse, and two cute burros. And then there are at least one rooster and several chickens strutting their stuff.Can't recommend enough!

It's a fun place to visit. Lots of alpacas plus all kinds of animals. The owner was so friendly he showed us around the farm. Good place for family and kids. No entrance fee required.

Lots of dogs, chickens, donkeys, horses and of course alpacas to see, my kids were happy and the yarn I bought was awesome! The owners are so nice and love to share what their passion for farming with people, The owners (Danise and Bob) LOVE kids and made sure we had a great time. CUTE shop! Def. worth a visit --we've been a couple times and picked peaches, too! We'll be back! Say hi to the donkeys for us!
