The course is tough but so beautiful. I hadn't planned to play golf so I needed to rent clubs and buy a glove. The man at the desk was very helpful in getting our group out in a timely manner

Beautiful course! The Columbia River is so close you can almost touch it! The trees are green and lush. wonderful time golfing.

We played on this course in the fall of last year and enjoyed it. It is in the trees, so many balls were lost. :) I do not play often, but enjoy playing and I did not get frustrated with the course and found that most golfers were very courteous and patient. A nice laid back course that has some difficult areas, but not so many that I wanted to throw my clubs. The pro shop staff were very friendly and offered us a coupon when we checked in for our tee time. It was reasonably priced as well.

Beautiful little 9 hole course with spectacular setting right at the foot of the gorge cliffs. There is also a nice little fast food restaurant. Very friendly staff.

The staff was friendly, the course was beautiful and well-kept and the amenities were excellent (even the "out-house" had running water, pedestal sink, potpourri and hand lotion). The ranger kept coming by and retrieving balls out of the woods for us. We felt spoiled.

Great staff, well kept golf course, beautiful views and a great place to share my daughter's first day on the links. Skamania is one of the few "family friendly courses" in WA. It is a beautiful course, but very tough and narrow. Bring lots of balls and your irons..

Great scenic golf course. Plays a little short and extremely narrow. If you are long enough to keep your driver in the bag you will be better off. Otherwise, bring lots of balls.

Last time was actually oct 2012 beer fest & then got a golf cart & went 9 holes. Lovely day & great course - took great pics sorry I couldnt get a pic of the red dragonfly that landed on the back of my hand while I was sitting in the golf cart!

Beautiful course with stunning views. This course is wonderful for golfers of all abilities. Narrow fairways surrounded by tall trees. Some elevated tees. Expect to see wildlife. The zipline crossing the course overhead makes it even more enjoyable.

I celebrated my birthday with a day of Zip Lining at Skamania Lodge. Johnathon and Zeke were fantastic and made the day enjoyable and fun. Worth the money and the drive was beautiful.

Really enjoyed the guides Brooklyn and Wilson who made the 2hr, 7 Zip line course a blast. Was not overly difficult and lots of fun.

One of the most bizarre courses I've ever played. I think I only used my driver twice. It was a test, but it was really short. Fun to give a try if you are in the area.

My wife and I played a free round here with a coupon we got at the Portland golf show. It took an hour to get there and the setting was breathtaking. We played in 80 degree weather and paid like $30 for a riding cart. We were told we might lose a bunch of balls, and we sure did. The course is very hilly and extremely tight and I only used driver on one hole and promptly lost my ball. The good news is that's found dozens of balls when looking for mine! Some of the holes have spectacular views of the gorge and Columbia river but the course itself is full of uphill and downhill lies and doglegs and unless you hit the ball extremely straight, then it's not very fun. The greens were slow because they just plugged them, so it's hard to say if they would be fast when healed. A couple of holes we could see zip liners careening down the slopes and one tee box was directly under the starting point...a little unnerving. Overall, a fun course to see and play but I wouldn't want to play there often unless I could hit the ball straighter!
