We received gift certificates from our daughter last Christmas for this hot air balloon flight. I admit to procrastinating and some apprension so waited until the last moment to book, just before the certificates expired. It meant arising at 3 AM and driving nearly 100 miles with a chance of a weather related cancellation. The weather was perfect and the flight was fabluous. Smooth liftoff and soft landing...great photo opportunities. Kudos to our great pilot Bill Starr who has decades of experience. Just be aware that the balloon basket is a tight fit and you have to stand for over an hour so it might not be suitable for some. There were 8 of us in the basket including the pilot, and two other balloons launched from the same site with us. We highly recommend the experience!

This company was professional and fun. It was really a great experience. I would highly recommend this outfit and as a person who is afraid of flying, it was still a great thing to do, so don't let your fears get in the way of fun.

The hot air balloon ride was fun for my husband, myself and 10 yr old child. It didn't take long to get to the place to set up (10mins) It was very relaxing and there were great views. We did the sunset flight. There were about 8 people in the basket so it might be something fun to book with a group of people you know. Afterwards we enjoyed a wine tasting at Matthews winery.

I have strong fear of heights and honestly thought I would freak out. I didn't. It was smooth and relaxing the whole way up and up and up. Hit 4400'. After about 30 minutes I even looked straight down.Pilot was friendly and professional. One note, if your bald or balding ( like me) where a hat! The heat from the burners was intense! Pretty sure I sun burned the top of my head.
