spooner farms

So every area has a place you can pick pumpkins for Halloween but none is quite like Spooner Farms in Puyallup WA. But be prepared with hand sanitizer and boots or a rain jacket it can get muddy but it is all good clean fun . There is something for everyone games, animals, poney rides, face painting, pedal car races, kid size maze but then there is the food for everyone ben and Jerry'sice cream, mini doughts , fresh corn on the cob, huge turkey legs, caramel everything apple to fudge, candy, much more. My husband and I were sorry we eat before we came. But go on the weekend that is when the food is there. And the corn maze is great for kids and adults it is a bit costly but its worth it just remember to go to the bathroom before you enter you will be there for a while the maze is 3.1 miles as long as you dont make a wrong turn. There is scene set up within the maze that reflect each years maze theme. This year Jurassic Park! They give you a map and check points in the maze so you know when your close and 2 bridges so you hope you can get your maze view of were to go next. There was even a dig site and gaint dino foot prints. Plus lots and lots of pumkins to choose from. Though we wish we could have gone into the pumkin field to pick inside of the ground lot rows they set up. Also lots of produce all very fresh and many styles and variety s of pumpkins including gourds! Parking is crazyy so be prepared to walk lots comfortable shoes advised. Plus this places changes with season so we cant wait for strawberry season this summer never mind Christmas.
