This is the place for superb fun, food and service While the 'bread and butter" of Dawn's Candy and Cake is selling supplies for every variety of cake and candy making, baking and decorating, the real experience is taking one of her classes. Dawn and all her staff love helping their students learn how to make chocolate edibles and decorate cookies and cakes. I've been here for the chocolate truffle, chocolate bark, chocolate "101" and now "flow cookie decorating' classes. They are all fun classes, results are gorgeous and the end product is delicious. Plus, the classes are very reasonably priced. Amazing.In the past I came during the holidays to make chocolates for my office staff. During the SeaHawk excitement I came to decorate cookies, and they provided football shaped cookies (extra large) with blue and green frosting. The resulting cookies were a delight to share with friends during a game.Dawn is extra generous with her time and product. You will leave having experienced customer service like it should be, plus having a product that is fun to share.
