We ate at Proz on a recent fishing trip to Devils Lake. The food is mediocre at best. Since we had a lodging package that gave us $90 to spend at Proz, we had to eat there 3 nights in a row. Having tried a number of things on the menu, I can say that there really isn't anything good in terms of food. The burgers are overcooked and of poor quality, equivalent to what you'd find in a gas station. The Buffalo chicken sandwich is a small grilled chicken breast covered in Frank's Red Hot. Mine was overcooked as well and despite the Frank's, lacked any significant taste. The Reuben sandwich is probably one of your better bets. I gave this 2 stars as the beer was cold and the service was fine. I'm not really sure where else to tell you to eat in Devils Lake, though.
