The only winery that has the entire production in the cave. The whole enterprise is a labor of love. The cave is amazing from the waterfall, to the huge women's bathroom with LED lights, to the entertainment space. The wine is also excellent is priced for its worth. The tour is also interesting and informative.

For starters, they had by far the best wine that we tried in our first visit to Napa. The Cab reserve and merlot stood out the most, but also had an outstanding chardonnay for lovers of white wines. The tour guide Cora was informative, casual, and gave us the perfect start to our wine adventure. The cave itself is worth the tour, and the healthy pours at the end make it even better!

Jarvis was our neatest tour and tasting! Built into a side of a cave, the winery is so unique, the wine is fabulous and the tour was entertaining and educating! Well worth the fee

What can I say.... This is such a unique winery with complex wines that stand alone, yet above all the rest! Everything is processed underground! Once the wine is handpicked, it doesn't see the light of day till after it has been bottled... Robert was a great host and a delight .... We will be back for more of your great wines... Eager to join the inner circle .... ciao!

Make a reservation and you won't be disappointed. The cave tours are amazing and the natural water running through them makes it seem surreal. The tasting room in the caves is worth trying to get in. You walk across cobblestones / over the water to enter. The wines are of course delightful and we spent quite a nice time in the tasting room. Great experience ... we will be back.

This is a fantastic winery. The tasting experience is top notch, and our tour guide, Rob, was very knowledgeable. He also had a great sense of humor. The wines, of course, were fantastic as usual. Highly recommend. Make a reservation ahead of time as they usually book up.

We very much enjoyed our visit to Jarvis. First, its one you must make reservations in advance. We drove and were a bit ahead of time so we sat outside until the tour started (it was a nice day). We were with a nice group. It was a unique, somewhat over the top, experience with waterfalls and interesting rocks, and interesting rooms. The tasting was very nice and they addressed our questions nicely. tasting was good and we did buy some wine to go home with us, although we did not join their wine club.Overall, if one wants a unique tour in Napa, highly recommend.

Winery is literally built into a cave. Tasting and tour were fabulous. The entire winery is underground in a cave and a unique experience - complete with a natural waterfall to help with the humidity. Wine tasting was great. Generous pours and tons of helpful information. A little pricy at $60, but it includes a memorable tour and the tasting. Fee is waved depending on the amount of wine you buy. Worth the splurge and the wines are extraordinary.

We had the tour and wine tasting here last week while in Napa. My daughter's in-laws provided us with the tour passes which was a lovely gesture on their part. I would have had a bit of a hard time paying the $60 per person rate if I had known. The whole concept of what money can buy astounded me. It was an informative tour and I found it very interesting that the whole place had been built man-made underground. The wine tasting was divine as was the wine. Generous portions in a sit down table. I couldn't justify paying well over $100 per bottle so I didn't bring any home but loved it non the less.

This is by far the best Winery experience in Napa. The Jarvis Winery is located in a 45,000 sq ft cave and is truly amazing. If you're familiar with wine you know Jarvis has a great reputation and the tour and tasting did not disappoint. It's well worth the $60 tasting fee. It's a don't miss if you're in Napa.

The Estate is in the mountains, not in the mountains, but ACTUALLY in a cave in the mountains. Like Willy Wonka there is actually a waterfall in the cave to keep humidity at their desired level. The guide was very knowledgable of the history of the estate and the wines. We loved the tour, and the wine was extraordinary as well. We highly recommend this as one of the most unique and delicious stops in Napa Valley

They brought in the equipment that was used to dig the Chunnel from England to France to create this amazing cave. The tour guide was very knowledgeable out the cave and the wine. Both the wine and the tour are pricey but it is worth the money for the experience.

Jarvis can be tricky to get in. Try to book the tour a couple weeks out if u can. What can I say? Jarvis is top of the game wines. I believe u taste 6-7 on the tour but I think It does change sometimes. Just call them! This is a must do stop in Napa. For famous thick red wine....a look at the conservatory and great wildlife visuals plus one of the biggest if not the biggest caves around u can easily spend a couple hours at Jarvis. Just book the tour tasks and I'll cover it too by saying," this is a premiere unique experience not to be Missed.
