I love See's Candies. I'm from New Zealand. My friends love them. About half of one of my 50lb bags was filled with See's Candies. Love the peanut brittle!!!

See's Candies is an icon on the Peninsula. And, hands down, there are no better chocolate candies than See's. A delicious assortment of dark or milk chocolate covered delights. Buy the pre-packaged varieties or build your own box. See's is a must for any holiday or special occasion with assortments and novelty candy items to please everyone on your list. See's has been a holiday tradition in my family's household for, dare I say it, 50 years. Holidays, and especially Christmas and Easter, would not be the same without See's Candies.

We love See's Candy at our house. The staff was very patient while filling my huge order...and gave special attention to the fact that it was traveling. Cannot wait to go back there. We will be doling out the See's very frugally, but when it is gone we will plan to go back.

My favorite candy from See's Chocolates is their molasses chips. They come in both light and dark chocolate. I in particular like their dark chocolate. I also like their peanut brittle. One can buy See's candies by the piece or box. For the holidays, often times its a nice gift item to give. For example, we like to give their mixed chocolates. It comes in several varieties such as soft center or chewy with nut type varieties. The other thing See's does right is the packaging. For example, the will have colorful boxes at the Christmas holiday time, heart shaped boxes for Valentine's, and for Easter, easter egg type varieties as well. Its a nice present to take back from your travels to California either for personal use or to give to someone. We like to visit See's. The staff is always pleasant. And with each purchase, they also give out a sample of one of their candies as a complementary gift.

I grew up with sees. It is the best, I moved to the mid west and they do not have this there. so if you not from the west stop in and trust me the best candy you will ever have.

I am very fond of See's candies. These chocolates are so fresh due to the fact that the factory is right in my neighborhood. How lucky is that!I stop by at least twice a month to pick up chocolates by the piece, by name, and I love their licorice pieces and their scotch kisses. I have always given boxes of chocolates for holidays and for birthdays and for door prizes. I love to receive boxes of See's candies from my husband for Valentine's day and my birthday and for Christmas. I once bought ten boxes of chocolates and carried them by hand on the airplane to Houston and while I was there I found a newly opened See's kiosk at the mall! The ladies enjoyed the chocolates I brought to them, and probably wouldn't have bought them for themselves at the mall anyway. But, now I can go to their mall to buy them rather than carrying ten to 14 pounds of chocolates from here to there!

Folks,I have lived and worked in Switzerland. Ya know, the land of the famous Swiss Chocolate!?!I am so proud of the CALIFORNIA based See's that I have become arrogant enough to take/ship See's candy to Switzerland 2-3 times per year and share it with my friends and associates there!THEY LOVE IT!!!!!! The quality is outstanding and they go nuts over the NUTS AND CHEWS!This is a gift that is always appreciated. TIP: If you EVER think that you may need See's candies for either personal consumption or as a gift, purchase GIFT CERTIFICATES in quantity. I just used up my last gift certificate where I paid $7.50/lbs!!! I have purchased another 10 more at $14.49/lbs. Currently the cash price is about $18-19.00 per lbs.Trust me if you think you will be buying See's, buy and store the certificates now. By California law (i believe), they do not expire and the value not diminish. At least they haven't for me.

See's has been around as long as I can remember, and a family staple on holidays. I'm pining for some right now, maybe nuts and chews.

We have never been to a place like this before. We were there a couple of minutes when a lady came out with a whole box of chocolate and offered us some. She put 2 caramels in my hand and 2 in my husbands. Those were for our pockets. Then she gave us another chocolate each. The caramel filling was the best quality I have ever tasted. You don’t have to ask for the samples here .. but you can. And they are not teeny weenie sizes.. They are the full size chocs. We had a few each before we made our choices on what to buy. We bought 12 different treats and the bill was about $8.50. They are sold by weight add they also ship all over the world. They have special items at different times of the year. They even have choc “cigars” for those celebrating the birth of a baby. Be sure to go when you want a sweet treat. You will be very pleased with the high quality. In fact their motto is “Quality without compromise”.

I love See's Candies. It's so hard trying to decide which pieces to get when trying to fill up a 2lb box. The location on El Camino is where they make the candy and free samples are given. Whenever I drive by this location, I always have to stop and buy something. Always worth visiting. The price isn't cheap, but it's less than other chocolates out there. I know people east of the Mississippi, and they always appreciate receiving a box of See's.

Whether stopping by for a hostess gift, a birthday, holiday or just because---never disappointed in selections or displays. Only problem I have is deciding among all the chocolate varieties available.available.

See's is good quality, it's different from European chocolate. I'm especially fond of the nuts and chews.

See's has the best English toffee I've ever tasted, the best molasses crisps, and the best chocolates from dark to milk to white.

See's Candies is a California based maker of old-fashioned chocolate and chocolate gifts. We have several See's in Hong Kong but the prices are roughly 3 times higher than their buying from their Stateside shops so we are always eager to pick up a canister of the toffee-ettes when returning home from trips to the USA. We stopped at a See's Candies in San Francisco last year and paid around US$17-18 for the 1 lb. canister of 'toffee-ettes'. We just love the toffee and nutty taste of this particular See's candy product and compared to the price for the same canister in Hong Kong HK$428 (US$55.25) per canister, how can we not pick up some of these delicious treats during Stateside trips? While 'toffee-ettes' are our favourite at See's Candies by far, we also buy their brittle, molasses and peppermint chocolates from time to time. They have lots of good stuff at See's Candies. This is a great American candy and chocolate treat provider.

See's Candies are a must - especially the pecan clusters! They're boxes are not cheap, but each cluster is a treat.
