blue rock springs golf courses

I have played here several times. I prefer the East Course. A bit more challenging. Pricing is reasonable as well.

Blue Rock was really nice a few years ago, But now it is going downhill. Whether it has something to do with the loss of their one time pro, Bob Miller, who took pride in maintaining the place and expecting performance from the employees, or whether it is because about a third of their part time employees don't really do the work they should who knows....... It is not the drought. Everyone can understand California shouldn't waste water. But as a Seinfeld episode once said, "They don't care and it shows." Too bad really. A pro-active, hands on manager could get it up to 5 star no problem as the general design is lovely. Probably time to clean house, so to speak.

This is a course that is up and down hills so I do recommend a golf cart. Greens were ok and challenging. I didn't like the additional fee for non residents even though I work in Vallejo.

This is a good challenge for the average to the above average golfer, prices are reasonable all in all it's on "par" with most public courses, gets a little wet and muddy at times.

Love the east and west courses. Ver nice. Definitely play here if you like golf. Nice hills and creeks. I really enjoy this course

On vacation and the sun is up until 9pm, so, I called to see if I could get on twilight. Frank said come on down! I got there at 4pm and was finished by 7:15pm. Played the West Course with a member and had fun. $25 for 18 on a FRI? Nice!Green were in good shape, rough is fair and fairways can take a divot. Bunkers are a little hard, but, pick it clean and you'll be fine. Electric carts are quiet.If you are in the area and sitting in traffic, stop by for a twilight round and still be home by 8pm.

Play the East course, newer layout, better greens, tee boxes, and fairways. Hilly, so a cart comes in handy for those not in good shape. Members tend to play the west course, which is older and play is a bit slower.
