This is a great exhibition space, but not well managed. For a start it is $10 to get in which is very pricey for the scale and quality of the place. The main problem however is a lack of clear direction in the choice of shows which veers between the work of local amateurs and hobbyists and big name dead artists like Degas, Picasso and Miro. The problem with the big -name shows is that it is always the artists weakest work- Miro's prints in editions of several hundred or even thousand, very minor drawings by Degas etc. There are numerous professional living artists who could form the subjects of exciting shows but who are routinely ignored.Head to Art Space on Main run by CSU Stanislaus for a much better gallery experience.

Your eyes can only tell you how it is the art is brilliant and the layout of this place is can send you in a trance of sort if your into arts but it is something to see
