For me it is only a few miles from home; it has restaurants, plentiful easy parking and a scenic view; especially of some of the enviable yachts. The city has put a lot of effort (and $$) into it.

We have visited the marina area for many years. You can watch boats being launched and taken out of the water. Sometimes it's quite funny. There are experts and then there are beginners. Also, we have used the pier for fishing. It's a nice water level platform, so we bring our chairs and just relax. Right outside of the parking lot is the Wildlife Center. Very interesting collection of animals to see. Over-all it's nice for all ages.

I just felt alive there.. I mean really what's not to love? My family and I live locally and it's always a delight to go out and enjoy

Very pretty walking along the marina nice large pathways very pleasant. Looked like some nice breakfast options with outside seating. It was on a Sunday so not much looked open.

a great area for boating and fishing vast open waterway access all the way too the delta and thesan francisco bay, if you got the right boat!!! there are plenty of refueling stops along the way.

right in the center of old town Suisun. The whole town is under refurbishment and expanding every day. The marina is small and well kept with a nice walkway along the Marina area. The city has many events along the marina area and a wonderful 4th of July firework display. The connecting wild life preserve has trails that start at the Marina. There are also good eateries right on the waterfront.

Parking is free if you get to one of the spots by the restroom. Good place to launch too. Make sure you have a map of the nearby sloughs. Several channels to explore, but the area is affected by low tide and you can get stuck in the mud if you're not careful.

A beautiful place, including a boat harbor, a walking path all the way around the turning basin and local art and wildlife. What else could a person want? Well, perhaps someplace to eat! Choose from Japanese, Thai, American, three very different Mexican places and two California Cuisine. The Marina is full so sign up for the waiting list if you are interested in a berth. You can always bring your smaller boat to the boat ramp for the day. Enjoy Suisun City!

We have eaten at the restaurants in this area several times, it is a wonderful setting for leisurely dining.

Allways a joy visiting this small marina very relaxing, ambient music plays from the speakers along the marina as you stroll and take in the view, great restaurants walking distance..
