lodestar california olive oil

Five girlfriends and myself made a trip to the Lodestar Olive Oil Farm. Beautiful gated entry past the beautiful home, down the road to the Olive Oil Tasting Room. Their was a small but tasty selection of olive oils and balsamic dipping oil which we tasted and purchased several bottles. Over the next week we all experimented with the flavors. The lemon oil was great for pan cooked and grilled fish, chicken, and pork. The website provides tasty recipes to use with the oils. The balsamic dipping oil was wonderful with slices of fresh sour dough bread. Would recommend taking a drive to this quaint farm and tasting their products.
