The place is fairly decent, with a good selection of shops. The food court is also fine, but just fine. I prefer the Great Mall for selection of restaurants and such. This is a convenient place to shop for odds and ends in Fremont.

It has Macy's and few other big chains. This is not an outlet mall. The price may be little higher. But the location of this mall is very convenient, just across 880.

Newpark Mall was the local mall which I grew up going to for over 25 years! Although what I can say is that it has slowly declined over the years. It does have the big store names such as Macy's, JCPenny's, Sears, Burlington Coat Factory, etc. but it just doesn't attract as much people as it use to from what I have observed. They have been talking about putting in a movie theatre and slowly reonvating to improve sales I guess you can say. This may just be the boost that it needs. But for the people that live in the tri-city area it is a good place to get your quick pick me up shopping done. Although there are other malls, this serves to be the most convenient. I guess this rating is to be continued.. to see what the mall will evolve to. For now, all I can say is it is the local mall, and its average.

A convenient location to check out Sears, Macy's, JCP, Burlington Coat Factory, Jones NY, Forever 21, Express etc. AMC is coming back soon. Unfortunately, not too many food choices are available here. Just a food court.Even though its website says business hours start from 10:30 am, all stores except Burlington, dont open after 11 am on Sunday.

It is an average mall. If there is nothing else to do and you have to shop from here, then it is not a bad choice, but if you really want to go to a nice mall, then it is not the place for you.

I usually go here during the holidays to buy See's Candy. The mall has its usual anchor stores such as Penny's, Macy's, Sears. There are many other stores and a food court. It might however get much better in the future as they just announced a $40 million overhaul to the shopping center area. Will have to wait and see.

An average two-story mall. About 75% full of shops & food vendors. Anchor stores are Macy's, Sears, Penney's & Burlingame's.

This place is beautiful to look at. The mall has many different stores and is always fun to come to. Whenever we are in this area, this is our go-to mall.

In this recessional time, many of the stores are closing, some new ones appear, and several old ones remain. I like this shopping center. It feels safe and comfortable to me. It doesn't cater to high-end purchases or specialties though. I go to Palo Alto for that kind of thing. I recommend shopping at NewPark Mall if you're in the area.
