So I view the website, I read a "7 hours ago" post from the owner saying blueberries were "slim-pickings". I figure that's fine, I know how to stick my head in a blueberry bush and FIND blueberries. This place is pretty much a house with the plot of land next door--being their "farm". We got, not one single blueberry. I saw several other Chicago families like me who packed up the kids and drove 1 1/2-2 hrs. one way for NOTHING. Their idea of having strawberries was to have 20 tubs with a plant in each. And of course, NO strawberries. The place should be HONEST at least, and tell people that they have NO berries, there's no "slim pickin's"--there's nothing on those tiny, knee high blueberry bushes! They barely have leaves! They are scrawny, small shrubs. Other blueberry farms just say they are closed due to poor spring weather, and at least are HONEST. I resent the fact that I drove all the way out there and loaded the family in the car- to get nothing. We drove all the way there, and left in 10 minutes.
