If you don't want to open why bother even having the pool?? It would be an ok place, but it is never open. Really dumb planning to have the pool only open on parts of weekends. I Bought memberships and haven't been able to take the kids at all.

This indoor pool is the nicest I've ever been to. It is super clean well run. I go for lap swimming. but they have a great slide and lazy river for the kids. The party rooms are simply fantastic- I have not had a kids party here yet- but I am planning too.

Our family always comes here when there is a lot of heat. It is a wonderful place to be in. You are comfortable as you watch you're children play. There is a restaurant outside and and exercise room. You could also have parties and invite your friends.

We were invited to a birthday party at this center and I did not know what to expect as I've never visited Newark. Our friends rented a room there, brought all the food and the kids (ages 4-6) played for over an hour in the kiddie pool area. There are two areas for kids (young/older) then a lap pool for adults. The older pool area is totally separated from the kiddie area and had a lazy river you can hang out on innertubes and a HUGE slide. You need to bring your own towels, bring a lock for a locker or pay $2 and they will lend you a lock for the day. They do not allow float devices either. But, you can rent a life jacket if needed. My daughter had a blast and she doesn't know how to swim. She could just run around safely, play in the many squirting water areas, slide, sit on areas where water was coming out, and just have fun! We can't wait to go back and bring her brothers. It is REALLY worth the trip. My daughter fell asleep as soon as we got in the car. The party started at 3:30pm but we were allowed to go in early and swim/play. This is such a great place to have a bday party, just a different idea and a whole lot of fun. The pool area for the kids was so kid friendly that as adults we didn't even have to get in. We could just watch them enjoy themselves! They also had constant life guards watching the different pool areas as well. If you live anywhere near Newark, great way to spend a few hours and get those kids tired!
