wife and i have been long time Bogle fans....solid enjoyable wines at a moderate price (even in Ohio with its state markups!). very nice relaxed atmosphere for a wine tasting or buy a bottle(s) and grab a table outside near the vines. attentive knowledgeable staff....tastings are free and you get a good pour......grabbed some bottles of petite syrah at a price that was a steal.......and best of all, still family owned....wonderful setting and a nice change from the crowds in napa/sonomoa. make a point to visit and you'll soon become a Bogle fan

We found friendly people, relaxed setting, and reds that finished well. The reserves were especially good, but we bought the standard Petite Syrah. Oh, and you can get this wine almost anywhere, even Walmart.

I had assumed that Bogle was just a mass produced wine though was pleasantly surprised to find out they were not. They had had a great viognier, chardonnay that is not available at stores, and a pinot that I really liked...I don't typically like pinots. They also have a beautiful vineyard with seating out back overlooking the vines. Great place!

First class winery on the Delta, the place is well manicured the view is magnificent and the staff is friendly and helpful, it is well worth a visit, but beware it is a very narrow road on a levy but well worth the trip

What? Bogle is just a few minutes away from Sacramento and the Old Sugar Mill? I had no idea one of my favorite wineries was right here!Of course we detoured in – it was a late on a Monday afternoon and it was a bit crowded. Guess with the Napa quake only two days earlier, folks were looking for quality places to visit. Nice people, good stuff, and beautiful vineyards. Didn’t buy any wine this time around – did buy an apron and a couple of other Bogle items for a niece who introduced us to this wine and she lives in VA!

We were visiting from Ohio and my aunt and uncle, who are Bogle members, brought us out to visit this winery set in the gorgeous Cali countryside. The tasting room and yard are tasteful and welcoming, and there is plenty of parking. It was not busy when we arrived, and we got to taste immediately. Bogle wines are fantastic, and they dont skimp on the amount of each taste! Even for amateur wine tasters, Bogle is quite drinkable and approachable. Our attendent was friendly and knowledge. Absolutely recommend Bogle Winery to locals and visitors alike.

A lovely winery set in the country back roads of Clarksburg. The tasting room is upstairs and they have a wonderful selection of wines on offer - my favourite being their Sauvignon Blanc - light and crisp and really well priced too. This is one winery where the tastings are free and complimentary water crackers are offered during your tastings. You're made welcome to picnic on the lawn under the shady trees and enjoy their wines. Al Fresco happens every Friday, during the summer months, where Bogle Winery hosts an evening of music, food, wine and dancing. People arrive from all around, set up their picnic blankets and tables and a fabulous family evening ensues ... monies raised gets donated to a variety of organisations or charities - well done Bogle. I will definately visit when in the Clarksburg area again.

My wife and I love Bogle wines. We had a brief stop here several years ago when route from Napa & Sonoma to airport in San Jose. This trip we were staying in nearby Lodi, CA and tasting wines and cuisine in that area. We took a 1/2-day side trip to Clarksburg to return to Bogle. Again it was a great experience. We sampled a number of their wide variety of wines. We then purchased a couple of glasses and some cheese and crackers for their tasting room and had a small impromptu "snack picnic" in the shade on their very pleasant grounds. We also purchased a bottle of their 2012 Reserve Chardonnay and one of their 2010 Reserve Petite Syrah that we can't buy back home in Texas, to take with us to have later on our trip. We were winding up in Lake Tahoe for a wedding. Again a very pleasant experience.

On our way north on I 5, we decided to check out the Bogle Winery. It was a lovely drive through the country by the river to get to it. It had a great tasting room, and a deck overlooking the vineyard, as well as tables down on the lawn. Great wine at a great price.

Bogle Winery has a very nice tasting room and very good wine. Can get quite crowded on the weekends, we tend to go during the week to miss the crowds. The picnic area is great, with many locations to sit on the grounds. The picnic area in the trees is our favorite. Pack a lunch, by a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunshine.

Bogle Merlot is my wife and I's favorite go-to value wine and when I was sent to Sacramento for work, I knew we had to visit the winery.Bogle makes some great value wines that we would put right up there with wines costing twice as much. The wine tasting is complementary and helped us find some new wines as the Bogle selection is much larger than what is offered on the east coast. The staff is extremely friendly and our pourer was very knowledgeable. The grounds are beautiful, tucked nicely behind the vines and offers a great place for a picnic.Highly recommended visit. Thank you Bogle family!

I have been a member for years and they sometimes wow me with something special, they always wow me with consistency. When we travel sometimes it is hard to find a a good wine with which we are familiar- we live in CA and know a lot of good wineries. Since we travel to the East coast frequently and must resort to grocery store or state store selections. Because Bogle is the best value in terms of price and quality, we are always happy when we find it. And we almost always find it!

And the wine is reasonable $ and very good. Nice river area setting for wine tasting and a few branded souvenirs.

Quite an adventure getting there, but worth the trip, and if you have a good GPS, you can even return via a different route. Looks like many other reviewers comment as well.Bogle has some great-value wines that i would put right up with wines costing nearly twice as much. My pourer was knowledgeable and interesting. Nice place for a picnic.
