hastings reserve

Our family had the opportunity to stay at the Hastings Reserve last week and I must say that it was absolutely beautiful! Vince, Sandy and Hans were excellent hosts - our cabin was well stocked with not only the essentials but with some very special "extras"! The personal treatment we received (the guided tours, the use of their car, the meals, etc...) was not expected but very much appreciated. Looking forward to our next visit! Thanks so much for your hospitality....too bad this is not open to the public :(

This place doesn't belong on TripAdvisor. It's not open to the public. Do not try to go here; you will be disappointed because you won't be allowed in. It's a large property in upper Carmel Valley owned by the University of California, a field research station.
