My husband and I do not play golf. We do, however, live in a house that is near the 15th hole. We enjoy seeing the golfers, geese, and pond change for each season. There are no fences around our property which is why we had this house built. The grounds are kept in good order. Trash cans are emptied at least once a day. The grounds are also mowed at least once a day during the golfing season. I have many friends that like this course.

I sub here on occasion and it is always in great shape. The only reason I don't rate it higher is that I prefer to walk and this is pretty much a cart course. That said, even with a cart the rates are reasonable.

They keep the course in very good shape. A couple of the holes are rough in the late afternoon/early evening, the sun will be directly in your eyes. 18 is one of the strangest and hardest to play holes I've seen. I play the course in my league about once a week in the spring/summer. The entire staff from the starter to the beer cart girls are very friendly.

I like Tara. It is a city owned course but with all the amenities. The course is challenging and fun to play.

I have been golfing here for years and love coming here every time. Service is great and I even had a graduation party in the clubhouse. Course is challenging and yet good for even beginners.

The staff is great, but the course layout has some oddities, Hole 18 is like playing golf with a croket malat. more luck than skill on this hole. Still not a bad course for the weekender.
