We originally booked with another skydiving company, but they cancelled. I contacted Sin City and they were able to take my husband. This is something he had been wanting to do for years, on his "bucket list" so I was thrilled they could accommodate us.He went with Mark. Mark was absolutely terrific. My husband still (two weeks now) can't stop talking about the great time he had. Mark pointed out all of the stuff around and even let my husband steer for a while. This is a great, professional group and I can't recommend them more highly. I'm actually glad the other company cancelled.

I have been looking forward to this skydive for months, and It was for my last day in Vegas/ america after a 3 month trip. This was meant to be the final thing I do before I have to travel all the way back home. I turned up at the meeting place 45 minutes early just to be sure, I waited until 5 minutes past the expected time and called the company, It sent me straight to an answer phone message stating they have not got enough staff and the company is currently closed! I received no communication from the company previous to this or even at the time on the day, I was left standing outside a random hotel for over an hour and a half. After realizing that they definitely was not coming I traveled back to my room to see if I could get hold of anyone from the company....... not a chance. Then I looked around for other skydives that I might be able to do, but It was all too late notice and now I haven't done my skydive and it's ruined the end of my trip.

I have been wanting to do this for a while, and when Amazon Local Deals posted a discount for Sin City Skydiving, I thought I'd check them out. They had great reviews so I bought the deal for myself and my husband. We jumped this morning and it was awesome. The free fall was unbelievable and indescribable. The actual chute part of the skydive was also good, although the straps pinch a little on your legs when the chute opens. Wayne was the instructor for my husband and I had Jace. Both were very experienced and made us feel comfortable. The plane is tiny and noisy, but does the job. They open the door and "out you go" at 10,000 feet. The free fall lasts for about 35 seconds and the chute drop for anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes. You can pay extra for a DVD with just photos, a DVD with a video of the experience, or both. If you're not sure you want to pay the extra for these items, the guys will go ahead and record everything and let you preview it once you're back on the ground. We live only about 15 minutes away from SCS, so we drove there instead of getting picked up in a limo on the Strip. Once the jump is over, a van picks you up and takes you back to the Jean airport. Would we do this again - absolutely!!Are we young and crazy - NO!!

I was a bit leary about my wife wanting to cross this off her bucket list but Sin City did not let her or our family down. She did this the week of March 17 and drove out to Jean instead of taking the shuttle and they allowed my and my kids to see her 'landing' which was about a 3 minute drive away. We followed the pickup van and was able to video tape her landing. She had an awesome experience and is going to go up the next time.Warning to double-check (phone) the morning of your jump as they cancelled her first scheduled jump due to winds. So make sure you have a couple days leeway if you are only in LV for a few days....

Spent too much for everything in Vegas, but the best experience per dollar was the three mile journey in the sky courtesy of Sin City Skydiving. Very understanding and helpful as it was a first for six of us on a bachelor party ranging from 25-60 years on this planet. We called the day before and they squeezed us in early the next morning. Rico picked us up ready to go at 7:30, as promised by 8:30 our first group was taking off! A great morning, and an awesome experience. Great Staff, and the parachutes worked!!! The video has been entertaining for all that can't believe I would do this!

I'm not really sure why I agreed to go skydiving, seeing as I'm fairly scared of falling and flying, but something in me was determined to get over these fears and do it. I was a bit hesitant to use Sin City Skydiving based on their website but the positive reviews on here gave me hope. We got picked up from our hotel in a battered van and were immediately handed a waiver to sign our lives away, which was both funny and a bit serious at the same time...At Jean Airport we were suited and harnessed up, and went up in a tiny plane to jump two at a time. My tandem instructor was Jace and I honestly wouldn't have gotten through this without him. I told him I was scared and he put me right at ease, talking to me in the plane, telling me I could do it, and generally reassuring me. When it was time to jump, he didn't give me time to back out - before I knew it we were flying through the air, doing somersaults, freefalling for what felt like an eternity before the parachute opened. It was AMAZING. I felt pretty sick after the freefall (I think a combo of fear, adrenaline and motion sickness) so Jace made the flight under parachute as smooth as possible for me (and handed me a sick bag, which thankfully I didn't need!!) It was really great fun and I can't wait to do another one (with motion sickness tablet this time, ha!) I recommend getting the jump filmed, especially if it's your first one. I have personally watched my video 100 times and if you want to see it for yourself it's at https://www.youtube.com/watch?edit=vd&v=BI1mj3eMGIIThese guys clearly love what they do and although they aren't as shiny as their rivals next door, they were professional and safety-conscious. We all had so much fun with them that I would definitely jump with them again if I am ever in Nevada. Thanks Sin City Skydiving and especially Jace for this fantastic experience.

Went skydiving with Sin City last week and had a great time! Jumped with Jace, Dawn in the office set things up, Eric picked us up and took us back to the strip. Everyone who works there is great. It was my first jump and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Sin City Skydiving, if I'm in Vegas again I'll be jumping with them again. Thanks guys!!!!!

So glad i went through with this experience. I was very nervous at first, but all the nerves disappeared when Rick, my instructor, whispered to me during the plane ride up "did i mentioned i did this over 13000 times". Little details like that is what I was exceptionally pleased with. They meet so many people in a day and are still capable of making the experience as personal as possible.

My friend and I had the groupon for Sin City Skydiving. We were picked up from Bally's hotel which is around center strip, and convenient walking distance from most hotels. The ride there was about 20 minutes. The instructors were very friendly and confident, and they do a really great job of explaining everything and reassuring you when you get nervous. Somersaulting out of the plane and free falling is the most liberating feeling I've ever had! The one thing I wish they told me was to be prepared for some pain when the parachute deploys! My friend and I both have bruises on our shoulders and thighs from the harness. Also, if you are one that gets motion sickness, be careful. There is lots of spinning involved, plus the temperature difference from plane to ground is not helpful. I was really nervous about the landing, but it was SO smooth, that was the easiest part of the entire experience. They have cold water and snacks available for a very nominal fee in the office, it was nice to have a drink and relax after that surge of adrenaline. My picture CD is great, over 300 pictures and they are great quality.

I had always wanted to go skydiving and where better than in Vegas? Sin City was on Groupon so I decided to give it a try with my cousin. The van from Bally's was on time and there were six of us leaving at 7:30am. Give yourself four hours for the drive, preparation, jump, and return back to Bally's. There were many waivers to sign, which was expected. The instructors are all very friendly, confident and make you feel comfortable. In my opinion the picture and video combo for $99 is well worth it. The jump was amazing and flawless. I would do it again in a heartbeat!
