chocolate shoppe by sweet images

Hi there and thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am VERY sorry that you do not consider your experience in our shoppe to be a wonderful one. I want to be sure that you know that we sell MANY different sizes of chocolates - not just pounds as you said in your review. We do sell small bags and even some individual items. We also run specials on many items almost every month - for the entire month of January we had 9 different products (in many, many different sizes), all on sale 20% off. We hand craft each batch of chocolate individually - it is a laborious task but makes all the difference in the taste of chocolate creations. We all strive to provide the best product possible for a reasonable price while providing a fun and delicious experience during your visit.We hope that you will come back in and enjoy all the fabulous confections that we take great pride in creating. The Chocolate Shoppe is more a tasting room than a candy store. The kitchen is in plain view; you can watch truffles being made while you sample some of the shop's mouth watering products. The Bordeaux, English Toffee and Peanut Brittle are some of my gotta have items. I saw a lot of great ideas for gifts throughout the shop. How about a dozen truffles packed in a box made of, what else, chocolate? If you are traveling, a pack of ice is added to the bag of goodies you bought. The chocolate is only half the reason I go back. Chocolate Shoppe owners Harvey and Lynn make you feel right at home. The first time you visit their shop you're a valued customer, the next time you're their friend. If you can't make it to Gardnerville, the Chocolate Shoppe also maintains a display case of their candies at Topaz Lodge on the California/Nevada border.

Lynn comes up loads of irresistible confections. My family loves getting treats from Sweet Images. Lynn and Harvey are fantastic people to meet. Make sure you stop by and give yourself a treat.
