Rapid Pleasure Rafting has by far the best location for a rafting operation on the Shady Cove stretch of the Rogue. It is right across the street from the take out, so you don't have to wait when you are done. The equipment was is good shape, the staff was ready for us with pre-completed forms and the loading of our boat took only a few minutes. The take out was especially easy as we were able to simply pull the raft ashore and staff were there to take care of it. We could walk back to our cars easily.On the downside, this company charges extra for coolers and only provides one water gun per raft. They didn't even have more for us to rent, wanting us to pay $16 or $20 per gun to buy additional water guns! Dry bags were available for a refundable cash deposit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
