Stone Wolf winery was our base for our Willamette winery tours in May 2011. Linda (the owner) and Jessica (the manager) were our hosts. We tasted their wines and really enjoyed and purchased the Stone wolf pinot noir, Stone Wolf pinot gris and the Lindsay Cabernet Sauvignon. These wines are quite food friendly and we have enjoyed them with meals many times. Their wines were not only really tasty but were the most affordable wines we bought in all of the Willamette Valley. Jessica and Linda were great hosts and helped us set up tasting appointments at other wineries throughout the Willamette Valley. We were able to do some private tastings at other wineries because of their connections. Few wineries give such great service! Thanks to Jessica and Linda.

They have a line of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris for $7 a bottle (and there is a case discount on top of that!) - and they are just fine for the everyday meal! Also several other higher quality/price wines as well. One of the winemakers was running the tasting room the day we visited so we learned a lot and got some recommendations for places to eat locally. Just don't go there for the view - not a vineyard - in an industrial location! Visit before or after you've gone out to the beautiful vineyards in Willamette Valley!
