I toured thr Leo Adler House Museum with a group. What a beautiful job they've done of restoring it. And this man has a very interesting story. His life continues to positively impact the community he loved.

We took a tour with Steve Bogart and Garwood Allen, Who were very friendly and knowledgeable of not only the house but the city and its surroundings. The house is absolutely amazing and very well preserved. Mr. Adler was an impressive man. We love Baker and this house is a must see!!!

It was like stepping back in time a hundred years, not just an old house it has history. Goes great with the museum.

This restored and renovated Victorian home is a must see. The wall paper is amazing. The family history was so interesting. After touring the house go to the Baker Heritage Museum and watch a wonderful film about Leo Adler. You also can can a special priced ticket for the 2 locations. Plan to stop in Baker City, Or. again, they have done a wonderful job saving history. Not sure if the house would be handicap accessible.

I highly recommend this tour to all Baker City, Oregon visitors. Mr. Adler's story is both odd and unique, and it sets the background for all that Leo Adler has done for this community. His house is also a great example of Baker City Victorian architecture at the time of NE Oregon's gold boom. The house is complete with gold-infused red glass windows!

Think all old houses are the same...seen one, seen 'em all? This house is a GEM and our tour guide made the history come alive with her interesting stories about Leo and his family. Every town should be so lucky to have an Adler family in their town!

We were not aware that this Museum was closed for the season and would not be open until Memorial Day weekend.

the ground floor has been very beautifully restored and appointed and the upstairs left more like it looked at the early part of the 20th century

This house has all the original furniture and is a real tribute to a man that definitely loved his city. His money is still helping the people that live there.
