Enjoyed a beautiful fall afternoon here at Fir Point Farms. It is easily accessible from I-5, but one can also meander to or from on country roads. We selected several healthy, inexpensive pumpkins right off the field. Attractions included a hay ride, pony rides, tire swing, farm animals to ride, snack bar with beer and wine, and fresh cider doughnuts. The farm store is small and of average quality. I didn't taste the bread but there were several tasty-looking options and some cinnamon rolls that would make your cardiologist worry. The attractions were about $3 each, so keep that in mind in case you plan to bring multiple children!

This weekend I stopped into Fir Point for a Saturday lunch with my husband and daughter. We've been commuting by this place for ages, but haven't managed to stop in. We were delighted to find the owners twin boys running the deli. Same great quality food as we'd become accustomed to at Wilsonville Country Grains. Was lovely to sit outside and enjoy a fine sandwich with chips and a cookie. The ingredients on the sandwich and baked goods are top notch. The surroundings beautiful - country farm. What more could you ask for. So glad we took the time to "rediscovered" this local gem in their new location. We'll be going back more often!

Fir Point Farms in Aurora, OR is easily accessible from I-5 just south of Wilsonville and just a few minutes away. Fir Point is smaller than some of the other such establishments that offer a wide variety of hanging plants as well as annuals and perennials for planting. The main building has a small deli and ice cream bar. The sitting/eating area is open and bright and there are numerous items from jellies/jams to rubs for meats and decor items for sale. We enjoy visiting Fir Point very much...especially the rural setting.

Have been going here for 6 or 7 years now and since the new owners took over in the last few years it's been progressively worse. Went there today as we expected them to be open the same hours as last year (at least in October the busiest month!) only to be told that they were only open to private parties during the week but we could "walk around the premises". So basically even though we were planning to spend lots of money on rides and pumpkins for our family.. Our money was not welcome.. Unless with a private party. We immediately left and headed to find a new patch to make new memories at but my daughter was heart broken :( This used to be a great patch.. Great place to make memories.. How sad!

This year they just opened, and only open for a few hours on the weekend.

Farm animals, small fresh produce market, nursery, small children play ground and great holiday fun. Worth the trip out.

A great place to stop for homemade fudge, for ice cream, for homemade jams, preserves, and syrups, for seasonal, fresh veggies, fresh soup and chili, homemade breads, home made cinnamon rolls and pastries. Very nice lunch menu. There's also a large greenhouse with lots of plants for purchase. The bad news - it's closed for winter. There's also special events, such as GARDENPALOOZA on a Saturday in early April, and every weekend in October, Harvest Festival, with pony rides, corn maze, sun flower maze, hay rides, and other activities for kids, as well as pumpkins, corn stalks, hay bales and mums for decorating. It's right off I 5, and is midway between Canby and Aurora. A nice stop for bicyclists going from Champoeg State Park to Aurora or Canby.

My fiance and I took My 2 young children ages 4 and 11 to Fir Point to enjoy the pumpkin seletion and halloween maze experiance. My 11 year ran through all of the mazes followed at some distance by my 4 yr old and of course my fiance and I. the animals are cute and the prices are affordable. The people that work there are amazingly helpful and friendly. Everyone is a joy to work with and they are all always smiling. I can't wait until next year to do it again!

We have been coming to this farm for year and I usually have a wonderful time. Depite it being wicked expensive ($6 for a pony ride, $2 for a hay ride, $4 for the slide, $3 for the hay maze, $2 for the gallon ride, $2 for the bounce house...need I go on?) we come. This year the kids running the rides and selling the donuts were RUDE RUDE RUDE. After dropping $70 bucks for tickets and pumpkins and being treated very rudely we won't go back. Lots of other farms in the area to visit...go elsewhere instead.

Aurora --> Things to Do --> Fir Point FarmsFir Point Farms: A must see for everyone regardless of age. Excellent for picnics or just plain fun. Located close-by and easy to find from all major highways and is something that you and the family will go see year after year. Don't just read and believe this,Go check it out for yourself and see what you think. The staff is very professional and friendly and the animals are great fun as well. Enjoy yourself!

I can't believe they have the nerve to charge for parking here. Once inside every little activity for kids is a charge including the hayride (never paid for those before). The attractions are low key hokey things that should be free to kids when the parents come and spend alot of money on pumpkins, produce and food at the cafe and booths. If you have to use the bathroom while here plan to wait in a line of about 20 people for the two Portable Toilets they managed to set up. Oh and the haunted tunnel tractor ride which cost $3 per person is a ride thru about a 40 foot black plastic tarped tunnel of darkness (the lights were not functioning which lit up the haunted display, but they still collected people's $$$ and took them on the ride). The giant pumpkin contest was interesting to see, but I felt totally ripped off on everything else.
