I have played this course numerous times and with all the play it gets for a municipal course, I am amazed at what good shape it is in. While not the longest of courses it is challenging for us 20+ handicappers. The rates are very resonable, especially with the annual residence card.

The layout of the facility is great. You move from the clubhouse to the practice green, to the driving range, to the first tee. The course is in excellent shape, and while providing a challenge for a lower handicap golfer, it also allows a high handicapper to get around the course without losing all their dignity. Lots of pretty views for a course located in the city. They did lose a lot of trees to the ash borer plague, but the course still has plenty of big trees for your golf ball to find.
