I visit this casino often and I can't believe how rude the staff at the casino is. I won a jackpot and was so happy and excited until one of the employees came to take my info and was told to wait for my winnings. It took 40 mins, I was pissed! I could see if it was a busy day but it was in the middle of the week. They didn't even say sorry for the wait or anything, how rude. Then to top off the night I went to get a cranberry juice from the bar right before the bar closed. 30 mins later a security guard follows me around screaming Ma'am you have to throw that away. Then he took the cup out of my hand and threw it away. After that I was ready to go. Never again will I visit again, all the employees look miserable. I'm so disappointed!

Massive in size, the Casino is divided into different sections each section representing a different city worldwide. London, Madrid, Vienna or New York. Plenty of machines to play for anyone no matter what your taste. Plenty of bars spread out throughout the place and each area has food relevant to the city represented. Serve your-self soda, tea and coffee in almost every section. Have always found the staff friendly and helpful. Always a great getaway for a few hours or a couple of days.

This place is huge! We had a blast. The place is almost too big. The gaming is good. I could never get used to the "card-based" craps table. There was actually little for the "young ones" to get involved with. The "playtime" for the adults is fantastic. We will absolutely be coming back.

The buffet is not worth what you have to pay per person. Does not have much of a variety. The selection is limited and you have food allergies, it's even more so.

I have been to this casino a few times, and I had an idea of what to expect. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised. I was here for a company event only, so I did not stay in the hotel and will only be reviewing the casino aspect. My wife and I cringed at the thought of being at the casino for an extended time and accordingly, we brought a change of clothes for the drive home. The other reviews on this site pertaining to cigarette smoke are correct. It can be obtrusive at times. This is the surprising part: It was a Friday night, and we didn't reek of smoke. I don't know if they have new filters/fans, or the casino was not busy. We didn't need the change of clothes after all. I agree that the slots are tight, but this casino is worth checking out at least once.
